“It's always been easy to find the things you're looking for in this location, but I really appreciate what they've done in reconfiguring the checkout area to prioritize self-checkout while still having sufficient staffed registers and accessible customer service. I've also used this location for both Amazon pickups and returns and they make both procedures very convenient and easy.”

“I stopped in and bought some cologne at a reasonable price. The store is generally clean, organized, and the staff I’ve dealt with have been friendly.
The main downside is that this location seems to stay busy and there is often a line at checkout. I’ve found that going earlier in the morning makes the shopping experience much easier.
Overall, it’s a pretty good place to find name-brand items at reasonable prices. I just recommend going early if you want to avoid the crowds and checkout lines.”

“Boscovs is the last of the dying breed of one stop shopping department stores. While not perfect (Who is?) they deliver a variety of products for many demographics of buyers. I regularly find what I’m looking for in the way of clothing and frequently walk out with other goods that, because they are on sale, make it easier than going to another store.
Yes, sometimes it’s hard to find cashiers and yes the Plymouth Meeting Mall is not what it used to be , but otherwise I always have a great experience.”

“Ordered online and picked up a few things at their self pickup area. Super connvenient! Also, it is nice that they are a return spot for Amazon. Kohls used to be a more reliable place to go for clothes but it isnt as much of a home run any more. Still, when a good coupon comes along we still check them out. The Doylestown location has two of the best ladies working at their customer service desk. So upbeat, patient, and knowledgeable!”

I had to wait a minute for a cart and I really didn’t even mind but a manager came out with the cart anyway and helped me load my purchases and made me feel recognized for the time I waited. “Returning an online purchase from Nordstrom's. Very pleased to be able to make the return to Nord. Rack. Browsed around the store: it's a bit of a jumple...sizes are haphazardly hung in random places, so you have to pick through and verify it's the size you want. Occasionally, I have found a gem, but requires too much effort. Will go back to online and the main store.”

“Tariful in the men’s suits departments was a light of joy! He was wonderful, approached my boyfriend and I right away and got him the best fitting suit!
