“I don’t want to name names In fear of forgetting someone. ALL the girls at the Clark Summit branch R TERRIFIC!!!! Always - kind and considerate. I consider them all my friends ❤️. Often, I have many transactions- I try to be organized & I have never been made to feel like I was bothering anyone. All the girls are patient and professional !! For various reasons, I have done business at many other banks in the Abingtons - their services do not even come close to what I get at Citizen’s. Love the passbook….I hope U never get rid of it. Also appreciate a balance on the deposit receipts….something U don’t get at PNC and NBT unless U ask and show ID !! I would never change banks for my own personal banking needs. “Finally a good bank that took over the spot. The location is very safe and even locked down where you have to be accepted for entry. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous but they are like that in all the locations. The rates are the best too when it comes to loans and they are very quick at telling you if you qualify or not and what you need to qualify.”

“I have been dealing with NBT bank for over 15 years. Always quick, courteous, personal customer service. Highly efficient well trained tellers. Always enough staff as to not have to wait in a long line. This bank has drive through banking, night deposit box and MAC machine. Very convenient hours as they are open from 8-5 Mon - Fri, Sat 8-12. He was so mean to them. Didn’t even have an account there. Continued to interrupt other customers trying to make transactions.
