“Originally booked through Expedia and there was an issue but not on holiday inn’s end. Even though the mix up was Expedia’s fault the front desk staff were eager to help and reached out to Expedia to clear the situation up. Our weekend stay was great and the breakfast was really good too.”
“Out of all the locations, Hilton has the offer in this area. This location is the best. Your room is cleaned and taken care of daily. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lovely young lady that runs breakfast service in the morning is outstanding
And is always smiling. Giving at the front desk is very welcoming.
I have hit several of your local restaurants and advised the manager that Her staff would benefit from having knowledge and relationships with some of these restaurants. The gym is open till midnight.But the pool closes at twelve I do wish the pool would stay open till twelve as well.”

“Rooms: The room on the first floor was spacious with only a window to the inside of the building, not to the outside. There was also a frosted barn door to the bathroom that didn't close all the way which was a little awkward. Otherwise not bad.

“Our family recently stayed here over the holidays and it was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and it was nice and clean. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious. The pool area was well maintained and our kids enjoyed swimming.
The only minor complaint I have is that people had their dogs in the lobby and the eating area during breakfast. I understand that it's a pet friendly hotel, and I'm fine with that, but it was slightly annoying to have pets right near where the food was being served. Other than that, I don't have any complaints and I'd be sure to stay there again.
Rooms: The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a nice amount of room for an entire family to stay comfortably.
Nearby activities: The hotel is right off of I-81 and is near the arena, shopping, restaurants, and much more.
Safety: The parking lot is well lit, the hotel entrances require keys, and we felt very safe there.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was delicious - plenty of options and it was nice and fresh. They have tea, coffee, and water available all the time in the lobby, and also drinks and food to purchase near the check-in desk.
Noteworthy details: The hotel is pet friendly, so if you're allergic to animals or not fond of them, I'd suggest staying somewhere else.”
“We only stayed one night but the front desk receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and spacious, bed was comfy. The location was super convenient for an event we were attending at the Mohegan Sun Arena next door. Would definitely come again if in the area!”

“Rooms and hotel are a bit dated but very clean. Free breakfast - tons to choose from and helpful staff. The front desk was absolutely amazing with providing local information, guides and instructions to an event we were attending. The Kirby center is right next door which was great for walking to our concert. Tons of restaurants, not a lot of shopping in the area.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable.

“I hosted my 50th Birthday party here last Saturday and it was amazing! I decided about 8 weeks before that I wanted have a party. Joshua called me back and had me come up and see the place and I booked immediately. It is absolutely stunning! He was very pleasant and could accommodate all my requests. He responded promptly to any follow up questions I had. On the day of my event his staff was wonderful. The room was set up exactly how I wanted it. All of my guests said how lovely the staff was especially the bartender. The food was great as well. I can't wait to host another event here.”

“Loved the room it was handicap accessible and service dog friendly.the breakfast could be more of a variety and maybe some juice.only issue is if people like the idea of pet friendly places then at least clean up after your pets it's not the owners responsibility,they make poop bags for that. Otherwise I stay here when I am in town and love them and would recommend them to friends and family .thank you again for being so good to us”
“Convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Dinged them a star because: 1. breakfast buffet doesn't have a hot savory item (eggs, sausage) like other hotels in the chain. Their only hot breakfast food items are waffles, oatmeal, and toast/bagels; 2. Fitness room has no handweights or yoga mats like many other hotels in the chain, only equipment is a treadmill, bike, and stepper. But I would stay again.”

“This is a diamond of a 2 star hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are clean, and the entire hotel is clean and smells good. The water gets hot immediately, decent water pressure, and the room A/C keeps the place nice and cool. The room has a 40 inch LG TV, plenty of outlets for charging, and a mini fridge.
Now don’t be expecting much from a 2 star hotel breakfast…as the coffee sucks, the meat patties are as hard as a rock, and the eggs look like package frozen eggs lol. It’s fine….at least it was free.
Rooms: Had a 2 bed room with tv, fridge, ac.
Safety: Felt very safe”

“I often stay at Motel 6 when I am traveling because they are a good value and pet friendly. I also like that there is a deposit for the pet, but you get it back, so the price you book on line is the price you actually pay. I have to say that this is the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. It was clean, the staff was courteous, and the hotel was very quiet despite being right near the highway. I would definitely stay here again.

“My friends and I stayed here over Halloween for a concert happening nearby. All of the staff were super friendly and wonderful but especially Christian and Friday! Truly just the sweetest people I've ever met, they both helped me get my friends on the same floor or as close to it as they could and it made our whole weekend so much easier ? Next year I will definitely be staying here again!

“The location is perfect for my family and I. We're right next to a gas station, a grocery store and a lot of important facilities if we ever need something in a pinch. The wifi is great and the service is spectacular. The individuals who take care of this motel are so kind and helpful with everything. I greatly appreciate their help! The rooms are a little tiny and there isn't a refrigerator in my room, but it's comfortable, clean, put together and the facilities work!”
“This location has a unique place for you to park up in the back of the building and be able to walk across the ramp to the hotel has nice area for you to walk your dogs and plenty of spaces if you wanna park a oversize vehicle if you were planning on attending dog shows in this area. The rooms are beautiful very spacious and the beds are very comfortable.”

“From check in to check out we had an excellent experience. Mark at the check in desk was exactly what you want when you check in to a hotel. Personable, helpful ,friendly, made excellent dinner recommendations and told us about the fireworks! All the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, breakfast was good. Would most definitely stay here again if in the area.”
