“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

“Love this shop! I moved from Philly to Bryn Mawr and was excited to have a trendy thrift store with parking 3 minutes from my house! The music and atmosphere are great and I find it relaxing to browse around every few weeks and see what’s new. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly and the items span basic $3 bin stuff to higher-end name brand…all priced very fairly.I found a dress for my bridal shower, practically brand new high top Vans sneakers, cozy sweaters for winter, dress pants and a top for a holiday party. I love the benefits of buying used for the environment, the thrill of the hunt, and getting a lot for a little. Hope this place sticks around for years to come! “Epic fail trying to return some winter clothes I didn't get to wear because we really haven't had much of a winter. The last sale price was 3x below what I paid so I deemed it not worth it. “Very helpful and courteous staff all the way from the aisles to the counter. A very pleasant experience and a quick one too. This was my second time in this store, the prices are always reasonable, and all items of great quality! My whole family was able to get really good formal wear! From my son, husband and myself all under one roof! Amazing, to say the least! The fitting rooms may need a little glance over as it was a little untidy, but that was so minor as compared to all the good things this store has to offer. Otherwise, I highly recommend this store for formal wear and other clothes or accessories for the whole family.”

“Wow, what a helpful employee in Gloria. I had some time to kill at the Airport and walked in and saw they had their golf shoes on sale. She showed me the styles and I told her I'd think about it and be back. One cheesesteak and 7 wine samples later (thanks Vino Volo), I returned. I picked out the style I wanted and told her my size and she winced a little and went in the back and came out with the same shoe in a different color so I could try it on. I did and I felt like Cinder-f'ing-rella in this shoe! Awesome. She explained that I could order the shoe. I asked if I had to come back to the Airport to pick it up as that would not make it a good value. She laughed for a good 20 minutes and finally I had to stop her as I did have a plane to catch. She told me I could have it shipped to my house for free, which is great since I didn't really know how I would squeeze anything else into my bag. I did have to pay FL Sales Tax since I was technically ordering online. In an age where lone workers are running a store, she was a rockstar and was multitasking with me and other patrons of the store. Thanks for such a great experience which I didn't expect in an airport shoe store. Thanks Gloria for such a positive experience in a world where you don't see that every day.”
