“Employees are using store scanner to find penny and marked down items, while on the clock. Yet if it were a customer they would be denied purchase. Tired of these 1 sided corporations! Last Sunday, in store attire, bragging about it, 1 of them checked us out.”
“Lost my niece briefly in the store today. After panicking when I couldn’t find her and she wasn’t responding, I went to the front. The manager and her team immediately went over the intercom with a code Adam. They took it very seriously. My niece had wandered off and was in the opposite corner of the store, looking for me. They had multiple staff members cover different areas of the store. I was very grateful to them and they had good training on that type of situation.”

“This morning I had to stop here with only 5 mins to get in and out.
Not only was I greeted in a friendly manner but I was personally walked to the one item I needed for my teachers gift specifically. The worker went above and beyond for me. I wasn’t late to work and it truly felt nice to converse with someone who seemed to really enjoy being there.
Usually at other dolllar generals it’s a cold shoulder received. I felt compelled to write this as no one answered the phone when I called. I wanted to express how amazing your AM shift employee was this morning. I believe his name was Elisha as my receipt says.”

“I really like shopping at Dollar General but there are items here and there that you can actually get cheaper elsewhere. Also a lot of their items are not in stock half of the time. Although, since they have remodeled it has been a bit better with keeping things stocked.”
