Turns out all the phone needed was for him to restore the program which had 'crashed' on my flip top phone (I don't want or need an Android/smartphone). He also instructed me to turn off my phone for at least 10 minutes once a week (which I never did before). BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Mohammad.”

I was helped almost immediately when I walked through the door and was finished withing 20-30 mins, a large portion of that time was simply waiting for the associate's tablet to boot up so they can start the transaction (not their fault at all).
