“I ordered a new phone online and needed to return to T-Mobile a phone for trade in. I learned I could take it to a T-Mobile location versus mailing the trade in phone. Upon arriving I met Jon Thelen, the store manager. He knew exactly the process and made the phone trade in return really easy. He also asked if there was anything else he could help with, and did answer some questions regarding their home WIFI service. I am heading back to try that service and will look for Jon again.
