Original: I rented a unit on Saturday and my move in date was supposed to be Sunday. It’s now Monday afternoon and I still haven’t been able to move in. The app says my gate access isn’t available yet, even though I’ve already paid and have a unit number. I’ve left three voicemails and stopped by the location three times since Sunday, but the office is empty and locked up and I haven’t been able to get a call back.”
“Cannot speak highly enough of our moving experience with this company. We were originally quoted for a four man crew for our 2300 sqft house to an 4000 sqft house a hour apart. The house we were moving from had an extra flight of stairs and a difficult driveway. We also have a large amount of solid, Amish made wood furniture. I was worried when I saw three men show up to move our entire house. But these three men did the work of six, I swear. They were careful, quick, and efficient. When a truck issue meant having to bring in another vehicle, they continued to move items to the driveway so loading would be smooth and time would not be lost. It ended up being a 13 hour day of absolutely exhausting physical labor, but the three gentlemen remained polite and professional through it all. Boxes were handled carefully and furniture was put back together correctly. And the cost came in reasonably close to the estimate. I would be thrilled to recommend them to anyone.”

“I've been renting storage here for about 3 years now. The facility is very clean and well managed. And the woman Heather help me out greatly today .I had a problem that I didn't know how I was going to solve and she was absolutely instrumental and helping me solve my problem. She was very helpful and very thorough and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and well-run place and Heather is generally there most of the time. I think there's another lady who I'm unfamiliar with but Heather's a real trooper! They ought to get her a golf cart and give her a raise! She did a great job. Thank you Heather. So this is an update it's now the beginning of October in 2025 and I wanted to get a new unit I wanted to move away from the area that I was in to another place I thought this was going to be a lengthy transaction with the computers and all that and Heather had it done in a matter of three or four minutes maybe five The people here are really super nice a very professionally run place and they're very helpful. And I think she has an assistant her name is Adrian and she is very nice yesterday I inquired about it a history of my payments and she was very Swift to respond sent me a PDF with my payments everything I needed and was also very helpful. Heather is really great she has everything down to his science quick to answer quick to understand very kind and I want to compliment Adrian too she was very nice thank you so much I storage”

“I was trying to find a reasonable price on a storage unit that would be close in between my work and where I'm staying. The cube smart location after talking to a friend says close to 283 which is great easy on easy off. You're able to reserve your unit cost free online which was great. The communication between the site manager and yourself was incredible. It was a simple phone call saying hey congratulations we saw you running this face if there's any questions please let us know very polite very there to support it was great. After reserving the space and paying for what you needed to the next day received the phone call saying welcome to CubeSmart we appreciate your business is there any questions that you have before you move in. So far I've been extremely happy with my experience and I look forward to the ongoing positive experience that I'm having now. I would highly recommend at least this Cube smart location for sure if you're looking for care and want the best for you and your stuff.”

“I have rented storage from Sheaffer Storage each winter to store a boat. I must say that they are amazing handling the signup process, the communication, the facilities and the all important price. My rental this winter would include a new padlock, most places would charge me for the lock as well as the rental. Without prodding they texted me and asked if I still had my lock from previous years and deducted the amount of a new lock.
I chose a unit this year from memory and it was my fault that it was too small for the boat. Without a long process of refunding my payment and renting a larger unit. The change to a larger unit took place overnight without any significant problems. It went very smooth. They handled my mistake with great care and got me into another unit.
This storage rental is one of the only that doesn’t require to sign a contract for a specific timeframe. I wanted to have the ability to stop storage if the weather becomes good in an early spring and get my boat back on the water.
I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service they provide in a time where most companies don’t know what customer service means. I will definitely continually use Schaffer Storage and inform others about this service.
I wanted to enforce the communication of how good Sheaffer Storage is. I will rent again because I know they appreciate customers and I appreciate the care they put into their business.”

“I've used this place recently. The woman at the front desk keeps this place very clean. I move yearly so I've used my share of storages in the area. The storage units are pristine clean. The lot where the storage containers sit is kept beautifully cleaned. I was shocked at how nice this storage area is kept. I had no problems. Read your paperwork before assuming you get anything back. I had no problems with any pests or bugs. When I couldn't pay online I called in and the front desk woman would call me back and take payment over the phone. The next time I move, if I stay in this area l, I will definitely be using them again.”
