If you are an active duty member of any of the Armed Forces or a retiree or dependent of I strongly suggest you checking out this financial institution. They have the best interest rates on loans, savings, credit cards and everything else! My wife and I would not bank anywhere else in the world other than Navy Federal. They have the best fraud department in the world as well, they are always watching over your everyday transactions, and believe me that is peace of mind. You can talk to a live person 24/7 365 days a year. If you meet the above qualifications for membership and are not a member of, I strongly suggest you stop by and check them out, you won't regret it.”

“So glad that this branch is here. Very convenient. I don’t know about the hidden fees people are talking about. Everything is explained to you clearly. By standard rule, if you have fraudulent or sketchy banking history, it will be very hard to establish a new banking relationship. I’ve worked in legal and finance. I love banking here. I’ve been a member for 20 years. Won’t bank anywhere else. Customer service is amazing. Any issue I’ve had over the years have been handled in a professional manner - whether it was resolved or not. All of my financial needs are met with PFFCU. Keep up the great work!!”

“I couldn’t love this bank more. When I went to purchase a new vehicle, Citadel approved me for financing and so I figured switching over to them from TD Bank for all my banking needs would be easier. Boy, was I right! It’s a world of difference. The app is so easy to use, the cashback checking account is a nice option to have that most places don’t offer, and their ATMs have so many helpful services besides just deposit and withdraws. Not to mention, the level of customer service is unmatched. Gone are the days I’m waiting forever in line only to get to the front and have the associate seem annoyed and tell me I could’ve done what I was coming for online. At Citadel, they are always sure to greet you and escort you to a private space and let you sit down to resolve whatever issues you may be having. You finally get treated like a person again when you come here. I have recommended this bank to family and friends and would also like to recommend them to anyone reading this who may be looking to make the switch when it comes to who they trust with their finances.”
