You NEED to hire more Pharmacy Technicians and Cashiers. Get rid of that stupid, creepy robot thing too. Hire Cashiers to check you out. Remember when you used to have staff to bag your groceries? Wow. Such a luxury. Not only do I have to bag all items myself, but now I have to scan everything myself since there is only one register open at a time. It's absolutely ridiculous trying to ring out a cart full of groceries when there's only three areas to place your items.”
“The main reason why I'm leaving a review is because of Tobias at the beer counter, he is amazing and I see him in there a lot, he always has a smile on and is very polite and isn't afraid to take the extra 30 seconds to talk to the customers about there day and give them some encouragement for the day”
