“Stopped visiting from out of town. Got a few things, including a rotisserie chicken. That chicken was AMAZING. Had a conversation with two young men stocking lunch meat. Hope they take this old chick's advice. At check out, a customer left a gallon of vinegar. The next customer tried to run it out to her. Couldn't find her, but the cashier thanked the customer who tried by name. The cashier also kept apologizing for my wait. I didn't mind at all. It's was nice to visit a store with such a cool, hometown feel.”

“A real pharmacy with pharmacists and cashiers who know your name. They've been in the neighborhood forever and are familiar with their regular customers. My prescriptions are always ready when I need them. I never have to wait. If you choose, the they have a convenient monthly billing program. Your prescriptions are filled each month for you to pickup or THEY DELIVER at no extra charge. You play one bill each month, even if you have an extra one off prescription during the month.
The pharmacists are very knowledgeable about vaccines. They have always answered all our questions. And if you have a question about a medication like how to take it or possible interactions, they make themselves available to give you a clear and understandable answer.
No, they don't have aisles and aisles of merchandise that isn't related to health or wellness like a CVS or Rite Aid, but that's not why I go there. It's the careful and personal service and reasonable prices for my medications.”
“This is one of the nicest Weis Markets anywhere. The look and layout remind me of a Harris Teeter. The store is well organized, always fully stocked, and friendly/helpful employees. The produce section has a great fresh selection. When they have sales, they are well worth checking it out.”

“Still my favorite store! I can earn gas points on my groceries. It's close to home so I'm not spending extra money on gas. I appreciate that it's not too big, but still has everything needed on a day to day basis. (I wish grocery stores would realize that the chains that are really taking off are smaller.) If I could change one thing, I would wish for three bags at the self-checkout instead of just two...”

“I visited the store briefly after work a couple of nights ago, and a young man by the name of Jacob was assisting customers at the self-checkout - he epitomizes customer service! I observed him helping customers with a smile and the friendliest demeanor, and he came straight to my aid when I reached the weight limit scanning my cases of water. “I used to live in Etown, but moved away several years ago, I recently went into this Weis while I was in the area. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! A manager, named Nina, walked past me and greeted me with a smile and a ‘Good Morning!’. I returned the greeting and off-hand mentioned my long absence. Nina asked how she could help me find anything. I declined the offer, then Nina assured me that if I needed any information or any assistance that I should please ask. During our brief interaction, Nina was completely a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful employee. I MISS THIS STORE!”

“This Weis Markets location has friendly, and helpful staff.
The pharmacy takes care of their customers in a timely manner.
Customer service is, mostly, friendly. Seems as though they need more training in odd situations and advanced procedures.
Beer and Wine has a friendly staff, with great customer service skills. Although some employees may lack knowledge on their products.. they make up for it in friendly behavior.
Front end workers are decent, some are lacking in customer service skills such as hospitality, and communication.. however for an entry level position.. I can't complain much.
Bakery is fantastic here; one of the best Weis Markets has as a franchise. The staff is well-versed in designing, customization, and overall baking. It is a grocery store bakery so don't expect something better from a dedicated bakery.. however it is excellent nevertheless.
The grocery workers are okay, most are unapproachable. They pay attention to their surroundings but ignore a customer that looks lost or confused.
I must express that I've mainly witnessed this during the night shift, 18-21:00 hours, and that they may be shutting areas down around this time.. hence my rating.”

“Great store! Mari and staff are great! The checkout guy with long hair is awesome at self checkout. He always scans my heavy items!
The deli is the only star missing. The one lady I can’t understand and she turns her back to you while you’re talking and misses things that way. The manager or supervisor of the deli deff comes with an attitude. Half I think is attitude and half is not. She told me today all giant brands of deli are going to taste of inspiration and when I asked if giant cheese still exists she looked at me with a downgrade look and said yes!
If all giant brands are gone she said it wrong!
Overall though besides deli this store is top of the line!”

I spoke to Nana, one of the owner's pharmacists, and she informed me she could order an over-the-counter calcium/Vitamin D supplement for only $27.00, which is better than the advertised calcium supplements.”

“We changed from Rite Aid last year and it was the best thing we did moving to Mechanicsburg. No waiting in line and the Pharmacist Prakash and tech Tanka are very friendly . I use Zepbound and I have lost 62 pounds with Prakash’s guidance. He was s always asking do you have a question. He does it with a smile. I highly recommend their location and I highly recommend their free home delivery to your door step . Lotus Pharmacy delivers to Mechanicsburg and the surrounding areas.”

“I use PinnacleHealth Connections RX all the time because the staff is so knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They have that hometown feel in a larger city. Each time I go in, I am greeted by a smiling face and a willingness to help find everything I need. Each person is treated like a long time friend and not just a "customer."”
