The staff is always friendly and happy to help. The gentleman in shop downstairs was able to find the snow blower belt i needed while he was simultaneously helping another customer on the phone. Great store!

Had a problem with my pellet stove. Kurt called and we spoke about the problem for 10 minutes. Even though I didn't take it in for service, he was very knowledgeable. I was able to fix the problem I was having from a recommendation he provided.
