“Cashiers are always friendly and helpful in this store. For me the store is convenient as it is less than 5 minutes from my home so if I need anything I can run there and be back in less then 15 minutes!”

“I'm here out of town and visited the store twice. The first time the lady was wonderful! Her name was Lisa. The second time I was in was yesterday right before 5, she was on register 1. Her light was on when I spotted her and may have been flipped off as I was rounding the corner. She didn't say a single word to me even tho I said "hi" and "thank you." As I was walking out she yelled "have a nice daaaaay" as if I was the one being rude. IF her light was off when I entered it's because she saw me coming. I've been a cashier/front end manager for 20 years. At Kroger in Ohio we are trained to say "hi" and "thank you" to EVERY single customer.”

“Omg! The cider donuts are to die for! They are so soft and so fresh! I had to restrain myself from eating all 6 at once! Luckily it's a 45 min trip one way so I won't make a pig of myself. Make the trip. You won't regret it!”

“People were very nice, the woman working the floor went to the back like three times looking for products that hadn't been stocked yet. She probably hated us but was very nice about everything and even thought of a product we hadn't which was a huge help. The two employees we dealt with were both very nice.”

“This store is really great. The produce is fresh. Meats very nice. Large selection of products. Plants and flowers well priced and very pretty. Prices over all are good. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience with their pharmacy. I am from Alaska and had a particularly complicated orders for them. There were Rx transfers and insurance issues for them to deal with. They dealt with it professionally and efficiently. They filled my Rx promptly. I'm happy with that store.”

“Seasonally open, closed in winter. Free wifi. Great place to get your emergency supplies when you're pressed for them. Also sell fishing licenses. Prices are high and selection is limited, so if you need larger shopping driving a little further might make more sense.”

“Closest DG to my house by the lake and they always have whatever necessities I need without having to go into town. Super clean store and I like that they have all their holiday and seasonal stuff out way ahead of time, ready to go.”

“Yesterday and today the Store is looking alot better!! You could never get down half the isles in this store because 2-3 cages of merchandise in each isle today there was barely any cages throughout the store and if so you could actually get around and down every isle. The new manager Jim is doing an excellent job!!”

“Nice local place - prices a little high on some stuff. Staff is friendly since most of them know me- that's why I enjoy going there to chat some while shopping.”

“I gave 4 stars because I don't consider it a "gourmet" grocery store. They have a pretty good selection of foods plus a little beer & wine area. Once you buy from this part you must take the alcohol out to your vehicle. You can, of course, go back in to get your groceries. It's pretty good for a local(& vacation) store. (Lake Walenpaupak is very close as is I 84.)”
