I’m in there pretty much every day, grabbing milkshakes, talking to the employees like I work there, just posted up hanging around… and they’ve always been cool about it. Never give me attitude, never make it weird, just good vibes all around.
I’ll be over by the soda machine doing my thing, charging my car outside like twice a day, basically living the Wawa life — and not once has anyone come at me sideways. At this point I feel like they’ve just accepted me as part of the environment ?
Real talk though, the staff here is super chill and patient. Not everyone would deal with someone hanging around as much as I do, but they keep it friendly every time.

“This is one of those local places that is owned by someone who gives back to the neighborhood. I have driven by several times In the early morning or late evening and have seen the owner sweeping the median in the center of the road. Local , honest and everytime they beat the dealer pricing. I would go out of my way to support a business like this.”

“One of my favorite locations when it something minor. The nurse is patient, understanding and will actually not only listen to you but dive into your records if they are available. After a nice overview of my issue she sent my medications to be filled while we completed the visit. Saving me great time since I did my appointment on my lunch break.”

“So, we were traveling back home to Saratoga NY from Philly. Needed gas and some headache medicine, so we found this gas station. Filled up on gas, went inside and my boyfriend ordered some chicken strips at 830am. Let me tell you something, that was the best chicken strips i have ever eaten. Better than KFC and Popeyes. If I lived near this place, I would order them probably 2 or 3 times a week. Just tell me your distributor and I'll order a case of it.”

I was having one of those days where everything seemed to go wrong, but her positive attitude and willingness to help really turned things around.
Not only did she help me find exactly what I was looking for, but she also made sure I got the freshest coffee and even offered great suggestions on some snacks I hadn’t tried before. ?☕ She was patient, super friendly, and just went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything.
It’s rare these days to come across such excellent customer service, and Taylor absolutely nailed it. ? She genuinely cared about making my experience a good one, and I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. My only gripe. If you order DD or via their app, and you select DIET Iced Tea 1/2 Gallon. They will never do it. No matter what, they will give you anything, any tea except DIET iced tea. It has happened to me 3x.”

When I visited the Penn Cinema in Wilmington at the Riverfront, I went to a Shop Rite to check on my tickets. The Shop Rite associate said that I had to check them in Pennsylvania since I bought them in Pennsylvania. I knew that and I just forgot, lol. I had a senior moment. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. I did not purchase anything here today.”
“I was so sick and cranky and called the pharmacist and asked why my prescriptions hadn t been filled yet! I had quite an edge to my voice and was truly unpleasant, The pharamacist Explained the situation and was very professional and courteous even though I ( embarrassingly) was so rude. Turns out the pharmacist was Heath. I apologized because I know how diligent and hardworking Heath and his staff are at assisting people. I have been to 3 other CVS’ in the past, the ones at Lawrence Park ShopCenter, Manoa and Drexel Hill and have never witnessed more efficient and truly caring people as the ones at this CVS in Broomall. In my book, both Heath and Paula are irreplaceable!!”
