I originally went in and bought the Advance Paris A12 Classic for my KEF R3 Meta + KC62 setup. After talking with Nick for a few minutes, he suggested the A12 Apex would be a better match for my system.
I went home, thought about it overnight, and came back the next day to upgrade and the process was completely seamless. No pressure, no attitude, just honest advice and great customer service. Honestly… I should’ve listened to Nick the first time ?

“Last week I decided to take a drive from Long Island New York to visit Morts in Levittown and find a vintage treasure ! Well I have to say it was mesmerizing experience I picked up a 1981 Technics turntable that plays amazing and is an exotic display in my home, I also pickup up 2 Klipsch speakers that are better than expected. I am excited for my next trip and purchase the late 1970 receiver of my childhood. Big thanks to you guys”

Warren diagnosed it as a cracked board (Monster RCA cables, my bad). He repinned and replaced board and also replaced jack input.Deck sounds like the day I bought it new. I was in the store today with my 5 year old daughter looking for a particular trending toy. We had the pleasure of meeting Maryanne, an employee in the toy department. She was personable and kind and beyond helpful looking for this toy my daughter was so desperately after. If all of my shopping experiences were like the one I had with Maryanne today (I do hope I am spelling her name correctly) I would frequent this store more often. She treated us like friends! “I went with my children today for ‘7-11’ day aka Free Slurpee Day! Every employee in there greeted us graciously and the one gentleman came over and helped us all with our Slurpees. Gave all of us cups (including adults), asked if we wanted to mix flavors and offered us straws. There was a line behind us as we left and his smile never faded. This was, by far, the best experience I had with 7-11. And an added bonus, it was super clean and stocked.”
