“I can't say enough good things about Som at the Verizon store in Richboro! After a lake incident left both mine and my husband's phones completely ruined, Som stepped in and made a stressful situation so much easier. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. Not only did he get us a great deal, but he also worked quickly to get everything set up and back on track for us. Truly top-notch service — we left the store feeling relieved and taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Som if you're in need of help or an upgrade. He’s the best!”

“Forget the big box stores, go to Blonder's! They have the same merchandise, at far better pricing, and they won't nickle and dime you to death with delivery, installation and removal charges. They will honestly tell you what you need based on what you tell them you need, not what they need to up sell you.”

“I just wanted to shout out Nick at Audiolab Stereo & Video Center for an amazing experience. I originally went in and bought the Advance Paris A12 Classic for my KEF R3 Meta + KC62 setup. After talking with Nick for a few minutes, he suggested the A12 Apex would be a better match for my system. I went home, thought about it overnight, and came back the next day to upgrade and the process was completely seamless. No pressure, no attitude, just honest advice and great customer service. Honestly… I should’ve listened to Nick the first time ? He knew exactly what I needed within the first few minutes of conversation. The A12 Apex sounds incredible in my living room system, and I’m really grateful for the guidance. If you’re in the area and serious about hi-fi, go see Nick at Audiolab. Real audiophile knowledge, patient service, and they actually care about matching gear to your system. Thanks again Nick!”

“Last week I decided to take a drive from Long Island New York to visit Morts in Levittown and find a vintage treasure ! Well I have to say it was mesmerizing experience I picked up a 1981 Technics turntable that plays amazing and is an exotic display in my home, I also pickup up 2 Klipsch speakers that are better than expected. I am excited for my next trip and purchase the late 1970 receiver of my childhood. Big thanks to you guys”

“Last week I went into the store to upgrade a phone on our account. Trevor was our sales associate in the Bensalem store. He was wonderful in answering all our questions that night, so we decided to upgrade another line that same night. After that pleasant experience we went yo see Trevor again but at a different location (cause we only wanted to deal with him). We then upgraded two more lines on the account. If anyone is looking to shop Verizon for service I would recommend they see Trevor. He’s straight and too the point, and not someone who will give you the run around. Kudos to Trevor for making getting new phones (something that’s just as bad as buying a new car) a wonderful experience. We appreciate all his help and patience with us.”

“We could not be more pleased with the home security system and the quality of service we received from 360 Tech Solutions. Not knowing exactly what we wanted and not wanting to deal with the cost and entire process of installing a home security system, we put it off for years. Thanks to a referral from a friend, we contacted 360. Within a couple of days John visited our home, explained our options and prepared an extremely reasonable quote for us. We never felt pressured or that we were being oversold during the sales process. The installation technicians, Ryan and Rick, were incredibly professional, efficient and informative. The entire installation process, including monitoring instructions, was completely nonintrusive and took a total of only 4 or 5 hours. The peace of mind we now have is well worth the expense which was actually significantly less than we expected. I highly recommend contacting John and 360 Tech Solutions if you are even considering a home system of any kind. The entire process was quick, easy and seamless.”

“In the car department. Tory, I worked with few times in my previous radio was installed wrong by a different company. He took the time to look a my car. Suggested multiple options for me did not try to upsell me or overcharge me. I have a family member who’s in the car electronics business but I would go to Tory over him. Service was fast and professional will be going and recommending others for all car electronics”

“I have been a customer of this specific cricket store for at least about a dozen years, just because of the top tier customer service that Ron provides every single time I have visited the store. If you say that you've found a better mobile sales and service representative in Lower Bucks County, then I'd have to question your sanity. ??”

“I recently had a porch shade installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced—they took the time to make sure everything was measured and installed perfectly. The shade itself looks fantastic and has completely transformed my porch into a much more comfortable and usable space. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the care they put into their work. They made sure everything was secure, clean, and exactly how I wanted it before wrapping up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space with a high-quality shade installation.”
