βGood evening Google Family. I visited since I am switching from one company to another one. I wanted to know rates. I am here to kill time since the place that I wish to go to is not open right now. The Cell phone place opens at 11 am and it is only 10 am. I was helped by an agent named Mike. Mike set up a virtual appointment with me by email. I love this method, instead of sitting in the office.I get to sit in my own house. Mike was very professional and polite. I look forward to our Zoom meeting tomorrow. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. The State Farm office has two locations, the one here plus one in Conshohocken on Butler Pike. Located in a small shopping center where there's a Manhattan Bagel plus a Chinese restaurant. Good experience so far.β

βSimon and his team are such an excellent group to work with during the past 5 years. I always receive timely responses and great communication on any auto or home insurance issues. For example, I had a car deer accident one night. The claim filing and repair process were simple and easy. My car was fixed and I just paid the deductible part. The fabulous service and the following stable insurance fee convinced me that Simon’s group is the best and I will not transfer to other insurance company anymore (I did transfer from one company to other every half-year or a year before I met Simon’s team). In fact, my current insurance fees are comparable to those five years ago when Simon sent me the 1st quote. Although they are slightly increased, the prices are fair/acceptable. I will continue to get Simon’s help, thanks!β

βI'm very pleased with this Company. They were referred to me by Comly Automotive on the 6000 blk. of Frankford Ave. I'm a 60 + yrs. old driver, I have been patronizing Imperial Agen. Company in North East Philly for over 8yrs. & counting. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 min. to be helped, & once I'm waited upon, the entire process always takes less than 10 min. & This is for all 3 of my vehicles. 2 trucks, & 1 car. It is a lot quicker, smother than going actually to the (Dmv) I will continue taking my business to them. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, curtious & helpfull...People keep this in mind. If you are a experience driver, you should already know how the process works by now. This isn't your 1st. Rodeo. Go in with the proper updated paperwork for each vehicle, a little extra money incase there is price increase, & You are in, & out the door in no time. By doing this, it will allow the staff / employee a little more time to educate the New Drivers until they too can mastered this process, this will make it a speedy transaction for them as well. I believe Team work, Makes The Dream work. By doing this, It will make this a pleasant experience for all parties! I highly recommend Imperial.

I've unfortunately had a few claims needed with our State Farm insurance, and the company itself has always helped resolve our claims quickly and fairly. So I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with this Agent.β

βColette is the absolute best! I was referred to her by my neighbor, and I will be referring her to everyone I know. She brought my vehicle and homeowner’s insurance down by hundreds for similar (actually slightly better) coverage than I had with my previous insurer. She is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and honestly seems like she really loves what she does and cares about you as a customer as well as a person. I really appreciate that State Farm still has local agents that you can speak with rather than having to access everything through an app or by calling an 800 number and speaking with someone at a call center who knows where. A 5 star experience. Cannot recommend Colette or this agency enough.β

The Allstate Drivewise app they make you use is annoying but if it saves me additional money I can live with it.β
