I was on a cancellation list for an earlier appointment and was called when one came up for grabs. Score 1 for them reaching out to me instead of me having to continually call to check. When we arrived, the front desk staff fussed over my boy and snapped his photo. There was no wait time: I was called in exactly on time for the appointment. Nurse took history questions and was kind and patient. Doctor was superlative: patient and extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely flawless in his care and diagnostics

They're not hung up on super-fancy ambiance (although it is nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly and attentive), or making extraordinary plate presentations -- but for the last thirty years we've kept coming back for the food.

419 W Marshall St Unit 1, NorristownOne of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Portions are huge! Cemitas, molcajete, mussels and dessert are all delicious, as is the michelada. Shrimp was cooked to perfection in the molcajete. Can’t wait to try a new dish next time!

Philadelphia Metro Wildlife Center
2815 Township Line Rd, NorristownMy children found and caught a seagull with a broken wing, and at first I panicked not knowing what to do, but luckily I got into contact with the Philly metro wildlife center. They were friendly on the phone and in person, and they seemed genuinely concerned and vested in the animals. One would hope they would in their profession, right? I, for one, am happy to see it proven right and gave my kids peace of mind.
The location was very small and took a bit of doing to get turned around to leave, but a very minor complaint.
