“I needed to buy my first running shoes, and all of my runner friends recommended this place. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable. He did an imprint of my feet to see where I put the most pressure, then got a couple of recommended shoes to try and watched my gait before and after trying them on. I ended up with a pair that was very comfortable and supportive for my flat feet. I think my only complaint is the lack of colour options in-store. They said they could order different ones, I just happened to want them ASAP. So if I want prettier shoes next time, I'll just try to plan ahead haha.”

“Everything is still pretty expensive here even though it is marked down. You really have to hunt for good deals. The place is very large and mostly clothes. I visited in April and they have lots of swim suits but a better variety of men’s than woman’s. I did get a good deal on a pickleball racquet. I got a $50 racquet for $20 which was awesome. Bathrooms were very clean and employees were nice and helpful.”

“I don’t leave reviews often, but I just had to. I’ve gone to Jay for the past 3 years for some minor bow tune ups before the season starts. This year I was all messed up I couldn’t hold a group at 20 yards so I stopped in. Within a half hour Jay had my bow tuned up with everything I needed and gave me tips on my shooting form since I was out of practice from my competition years. I came right home and sighted in my bow and was breaking knocks my group was so close. Jay is the guy to see if you’re in need of anything. If I could give 10 stars I would.”
“I was wondering how old does an autograph have to be to be considered vintage i saw the response from 2 months ago about you guys buying memorabilia so was curious. Would come with matching COA from a major authenticator like PSA, beckett, or JSA. I have alot of autographed memorabilia all certified authentic from different sports, such as Dante hall jerseys and football, lesean Mccoy, Bill "mad dog" Madlock & a few pens jerseys, since we're in pittsburgh and alot more. I'm looking to downsize my collection as I rotate the man cave out depending on the season. The autographs are in great shape (never exposed to direct sunlight and in non humid places).”
“I came in on Black Friday for a new pair of skates and was met by Nate. I can be really picky and annoying when making new purchases, but Nate never made me feel rushed or uneasy about it.
Picked up these CCM tacks XF pros and wanted them converted to inline skates. I wanted the kryptonium chassis, but it wasn’t in stock at this location. Nate made a quick phone call and got one in next day. I had the skates put together for me within 3 days and they did a phenomenal job.
If you’re looking for ice to inline conversion, this is the place to come.”
“Just wanted to take a minute and say “thank you” to Patagonia team (and Sarah) and company as a whole. We’ve had such great experiences with the staff helping us with kids’ outerwear. I have two sons both at which one point or another have lost coats/inner liner of a coat and/or damaged a coat that needed repaired. They have always gone above and beyond to make it easy for us to replace a coat or get one in our hands asap so my kids have what they need during the cold season. It keeps us coming back year after year because I know if anything happens, they have our back! Thank you Patagonia for caring about humans and not just profit ?”
“Anthony helped my significant other and I each do a (free) foot scan, and he spent a lot of time listening to us talk about what we were looking for in shoes and how our old sneakers did for us. He did a great job using the information from the scan and what we told him to recommend each of us 3 and 4 pairs of shoes to test. He was great, very easy to work with and he was able to explain everything easily to us. The store has a pretty good sized selection of shoes for women and men alike. We had a great experience and I got a new pair of shoes at a good price upon his recommendation ?”
“Dunhams gets 5 stars simply for having a broad selection of sporting goods available to purchase. I had gone to Dick's next door to pick up an extra PFD before I went to go paddle on the river that is literally next door to this plaza. Dicks did not have ANY water sports equipment or supplies. Absurd. Dunhams was well stocked with what I needed, and presumably a good selection for what others could possibly want. I will absolutely be back here before I go back to Golf Galaxy 2.0.”

It is always nice when you go into a store and find employees who want to help but are not stalking you in the store. the selection here was great and they even had a cool hat carrier for when you're traveling to keep your hat safe. Sign up for the rewards program it is definitely worth it if you buy a lot of hats.”

We ran into an issue picking up our smoker because it didn’t fit in our car, but Cody went above and beyond to help us out. He kindly allowed us to return the item and set it aside on layaway so we could come back and pick it up the next day. I came in for new running shoes and they did not have the shoe I was looking for however the Store Manager went out of his way to ensure that I was able to order it and was able to apply the coupons that I was unable to use online. “The Edgewood Town Center store is top notch in terms of service. Friendly employees. & The Manager Tanae is exceptionally helpful. She deserves all this praise & more.All the other Employees are great as well.As long as this keeps up , Hibbets has & will remain my go to store for all footwear needs & more.My only complaint is not with store , but how many times when i win Raffle that i have to go out of state to pick-up.As a Business Owner myself I always consider my customers travel time , & cost of it.( family has been in Oriental Carpet Business for 134 years (1890-present.)& As a VIP customer whom always confirms & picks up by noon.
