He explained everything to us and I know I can call him at anytime if I have any questions. I’ve never been to a tire and wheel place like RNR but they now have a customer for life. “I cold called in a panic on a Friday after work with a tire that was losing air. I just needed a place I could get to close to home open after 5. Chris was responsive and polite when I called , before he told me to come in he asked me to send a picture so he could see the problem and was helpful when I got to the shop. He moved quickly, fixed the problem and was able to get me on my way. I will be ordering my replacement tires from him. I'm very happy to support this independent local business.”

“My battery died, I’m from out of state. Company vehicle Roadside service only covers the owner of company. Go figure ?. My personal roadside service only covers my vehicle. People don’t carry jumper cables anymore. I was in the Denny’s parking lot, I asked a man if he had cables he said no but NTB is right there they might help you. I said oh ok thanks. What luck. I walked up to an open bay. Explained my situation, no judging, no attitude, no sign of inconvenience. Just sure we’ll be over in a minute. I was so relieved. They were incredibly kind and professional — went out of their way to make sure I was safe and got my spare tire on quickly. “I just recently ran over one of our newly created potholes with my front passenger side tire. The inside of the rim was damaged, and caused a flat. I took my Nissan Rogue Sport to Hubcap Heaven & Wheel. They said they could repair the rim. Additionally, since that rim and another on car had bad scratch marks on the outside surface of the rims, I had them restore both rims. I took my car in on Thursday morning and picked it up the next morning. I swear to anyone reading this review they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Hubcap Heaven & Wheels to anyone needing repair work on their wheels.”

Being that my car is older, I wanted to find a reputable place that wouldn’t nickel-and-dime me over unnecessary repairs as I don’t drive it as often anymore. “Able to get me in super quick. Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable and able to keep me within my budget for brakework. Also honest with me about work I’ll be needing soon. I got a caliper replaced and both front pads and rotors, and was out within a few hours. Pam(?) was able to fit me in that week, she had availability as soon as the next day which was amazing since I work overnights and had essentially no brakes. He even saved my earbud when it fell out of my car in the garage and kept it safe for me until he gave me the keys back. Will for sure be coming back soon to get my rears done here ? the team is super chill and the techs are great at what they do.”
