“Who does not enjoy DSW? I want to be able to try on shoes in a store with a wide variety, and DSW has that! I also want reasonable prices, sales, and rewards. DSW offers everything! But they also have a fantastic online store! And delivery is swift. The staff members are wonderful and always eager to assist. Although the store is large, it is tidy and well organized.”

“Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed for my kids and in the correct sizes. She noticed I couldn’t find a certain item and she looked in the back and brought out something similar without me asking. The layout of this store is kind of funky. Tight aisles make it hard to get around especially if you have a stroller like many shopping there do. I get it though, the store is small and they’re maximizing their space. Prices aren’t outrageous but aren’t cheap! They often have sales going on so if you go at the right time you can score some great deals like we did on winter jackets and holiday outfits.
I wish there was a gender neutral aisle though or they put certain items on both sides of the store. I have all boys and my sister has all girls and whenever we come in together she ends up buying pajamas on the boy side because she likes animals and neutral colors and the girls side is mostly pinks flowers and frills. It’s not a huge deal to just check the other side but many wouldn’t think to.”
“Although J Jill carries petites, at 4’10” I still cannot always find a good fit, but Pamela and her staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, and the store is always colorful, organized and attractive.”
“Ann Taylor is a great spot for stylish business casual clothing. They have a nice selection of well-made pieces that are perfect for work or professional events. Always find something polished and flattering here.”
“There were 3 staff members standing in a circle just talking to one another, not acknowledging the customers. The woman working the register was really nice and asked if I found everything, when I told her there were a few more things I could use, she instantly helped me and made the experience good.”
