We left a message but never received a call back. Now, we have to find a different place to go. I am really disappointed. I guess she is quite popular and just doesn’t have the time to call us back. I’m giving a 5 star only because I’m sure she has a good reason.

From fitting him in for emergency surgery at the last minute, to running labwork after hours, coordinating an emergency visit with an oncologist out of town, and much more, they have shown us incredible support and care that you won't find at many other vets. Dr. Freeby has had a few really difficult conversations regarding tough decisions with us and handled them with the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism. When we were heartbroken and being given updates, you could tell how much they both cared every step of the way. When you go through really tough times with your pet, it makes all the difference to have the support and care from a skilled staff who knows what is best. This is a veterinary hospital that has your pet's best interests in mind at all times and we appreciate all they have done for us! 5 star service for sure.

332 Walnut Dr, NorthamptonI am addressing the woman, specifically, with the 2 dogs digging holes. How in the world is your 2 dogs digging holes a dog sitter's fault. Digging holes is learned behavior that has been going on for a while, not just while Rhonda was there...that said, Rhonda has been with me for about 4 years now. Is she 100 percent perfect 24-7, no. She is, however, responsible, pleasant and cares about ALL animals...I trust Rhonda 100 percent.
