“I was here for a volunteer luncheon. The space was nice, a bit cold for some of the folks since it was attended by some elderly people. The food for this event was served family style. We had meatloaf, baked chicken, stuffing and green beans.”

“Love the view. The Hoover Mason Trestle is great to take a walk on. Handicap accessible with an elevator. There's information about Bethlehem Steel all along the path. Also a nice view to look out around that area of Bethlehem.”

“We recently hosted a bridal shower at Monterre Vineyards, and it was absolutely wonderful! The venue is stunning—beautiful surroundings that created the perfect atmosphere for a special day. The food was delicious, and every detail was thoughtfully presented. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout, making sure everything ran smoothly. A special thank you to Kevin, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was truly a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, my daughter was so happy with how everything turned out, and that means the world to us. Highly recommend Monterre Vineyards for any special event!”

Always available and we’re over the top in customer service. The hotel was 5 stars. We are so pleased and definitely would recommend any affair at The Centennial. They are really putting great work in the downtown area so ppl could enjoy the scenery as well shopping and eating needs . Its not much but its our lil downtown in Allentown”

“This was a great experience with the view of the slopes, the fireplace in the room with lots of room and the jacuzzi bath! I enjoyed the fire pits outside to keep warm. The bar atmosphere was very nice as well, they let us sit until they were literally closed. Great for date night”

The property itself is stunning—a beautifully restored historic mansion that perfectly blends old-world charm with modern luxury. From the moment you walk in, the architectural details and craftsmanship really stand out, giving the entire place an elegant, almost storybook feel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt upscale, with a large shower and high-end finishes. You can tell a lot of attention went into both comfort and aesthetics. What really made the stay special was the service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made everything feel seamless—from check-in to little touches like the breakfast basket delivered to the room. It added a personal, boutique feel you don’t always get at larger hotels.”

“I’ve been coming here with my man for over two years. We come for a little get away at least 5 -6 times a year and let me tell you from the time we pull up it feels like our home away from home. We’re always greeted with so much love. The service here is incredible. Nothing is ever too much to ask for. The rooms are immaculate, beds are comfy and clean , bathrooms always stocked with towels. They have a great breakfast and some nights they do dinner and drinks. Lakeema ( the manager) is one of the most down to earth chicks ever. I can’t speak highly enough about this place and the staff. I’m so grateful for our little getaway spot here. ❤️”

“Shower temperature a bit not warm enough during my two-night stay. Parking was right across the street, a parking garage.
The TV could accept my own HDMI input, a must that’s now become necessary.
It’s a nice city where I find it worth visiting as many could be seen within walking distance.”

Each child got I think it was six dollars in tokens to play for the arcade which I thought was like a nice added bonus.
I had Domino’s pizzas delivered, ordered lazer tag themed table cloths,napkins and plates from Amazon, Cupcakes from Giant. Easy Peezy!
