My wife and I held our daughter's sweet 16 here at the Centennial and must say the venue is absolutely amazing inside with plenty room and amenities to customize your event but what made the event great was the staff Manager Chris Hickey who is definitely a true asset to this hotel and company with out his professionalism and attentiveness this wouldn't have been as easy to Olivia who made sure the process was smooth and the wait staff Jessica and Louis who were fabulous. Not to mention the chef whos food was AMAZING.”

“We could not have asked for a better wedding venue. Everything about it was perfect…the food, the view, the atmosphere, and THE STAFF!!! Kevin was with us every step of the way from the initial walk-through to food tastings to rehearsal all the way through to the wedding. His event day staff was incredible at coordination and communicating which definitely played a part in our perfect day. I realized I forgot my bouquet right before I was about to walk down the aisle and in less than a minute one of the staff members brought it down to me, avoiding any timing hiccups. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, reasonably priced venue, this is your place!”

“Held a Client Appreciation Event for my clients at one of the Phantoms game in February. Samantha with the Phantoms was verify friendly and provided good follow up. The food staff and the gentleman providing security (or the usher) was extremely friendly. Food was good and it was just a great way to relax and reconnect with my clients.”

“Stayed just one night. It was cleaner, more modern and comfortable than other hotels we've stayed at recently. Would definitely be suitable for a longer stay due to large refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher. We had no problem getting a different room after we walked up to our first room and heard a dog barking next door. My only suggestion would be some signs on the floors indicating where the elevator is so i would not have gotten lost trying to return to the front desk.”
“Our family had a day trip here for skiing and snowboarding. 2 adults, 5 kids from college to 7. All had a great time. Prices for rental and lift ticket were great for our family. One switch between board and skis was free; helmet was included in the fee. Lines were great and slopes well maintained with many options for all levels. We will definitely go back.Safety: Lots of staff around, good signage, attentive and careful staff setting up rental equipment, and helmets included in rental price.Food & drinks: Though pricey, lots of food and drink options. Also ok to bring in inside food and drink in the lodge.”

“Our 1-night stay was very comfortable to break up our road trip. Our 1 bedroom suite was very roomy and clean. Kitchen appliances and bathroom were a little dated, but did not bother us. The receptionist was very kind and helpful getting us a crib. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've had at a hotel!”
“It is fun if you follow the rules and jump with your age group or people with similar weights. It is fantastic when there aren’t a lot of people and safety is guaranteed; however, when kids and adults are all running in all directions and do not follow the rules, accident could happen. We have heard at least two instances of broken bones. So we try to watch extremely closely and only go with birthday parties with very limited time. It is fun when there are a handful of your friends around. Avoid when they are crowded. When you sign the waiver, you are giving an OK to broken bones already.”
“The worst place ever. The room was filthy no WiFi or tv working when I asked the receptionist she was very nasty. The next day I rent another room for two additional family members the price I payed the night before which was 130 she charged me 210 dollars for a room that did not have multiple beds or sofa bed me n my family was not refunded and kicked to the street with babies and one who is autistic I have many recording and will be posting our experience online the front desk and manger are working together to steal clients money . They charge rooms for one price and put it in the system as another price and pocket the money. Do not spend your money here !!!!!!!!!”
“Myself and Future wife called to book an appointment to go look at the venue... The woman on the phone asked politely how many in our wedding party at the momment I replyed about 59 to 65 max... The woman replyed I am sorry we have a min requirement of 80 people in your wedding to even book the venue. So I was disappointed to hear that but that's there policy. The woman did explain there features and what they offer so I was glad she took the time to explain that stuff to me "witch she did not have too" Other than that requirement. I have not a bad word to say against the venue... JUST A FYI for any one booking a wedding you need a min 80 people in your wedding party to book this venue.”
