“The only thing with this particular store is they could be a little better at filling prescriptions. Sometimes when I check the app first thing in the morning it says preparing and then 8 hours later when I'd like to pick up on my way home it says it's still preparing and I have to call to ask to have it ready. Not a huge deal but kind of defeats the purpose of me getting it in early and using the app.”

“Austin, the royal farms coworker is great. I ordered tenders and fries, but fries were cooking and would take 9 minutes to finish. He was offering me something to substitute so I didn't have to wait around long. But I told him that it was fine, and I didn't mind at all. He is what a company should look for in having well mannered employee. Royal farms should be using Austin, as an example for giving costumers excellent service. Because he has what many stores lack, which is great costumer service. Keep up the awesome costumer service Austin.”

“Ordered from the delivery today 9/4/23. Went a picked up order. Paid 67 dollars for said food. Came home and was given the wrong order. I immediately called the deli manager hung up on me. I drove the wrong part of the order back. Which I was told I gave them the wrong order number. I gave her the food and at that time was told she was not preparing the correct food for us and we would have to deal with Mike the owner so no dinner for have of our family.9/5/23 Updated review.This morning I went into Craigtown Market to speak with Mike the owner to resolve the issue from last night. Mike was respectful and we were able to talk to each other with respect. I was given a refund for the items I didn't receive and left feeling grateful that the manager and I were able to speak to each other and resolve the issue and still having me want to do business with the store still. I recommen if you have an issue speak with Mike the owner and he will make things right. We are all just human and mistakes are made but this business will make it right when something does go wrong.”

“Hands down the best Royal Farms I've been to staff on point, always above and beyond and friendly. I had an issue with fueling. The money left my work card but no fuel at the pump, a whole week had past and funds did not return, luck for.me the awesome manager Kristin helped me out and rectify the issue. the night crew Penny and here team did they best in the middle of night. Thank you again for the aide, your whole team deserves morning and night are making our working days go by easier.”

“I was passing through on my way from Montgomery County to Ocean City, and my engine overheated after everything around had closed. Had my truck towed overnight, and dropped off the keys. I called a little after 7, and Wade called me back, let me know what was going, and had it fixed before 10. Everyone was super friendly, and they made a very stressful situation so much more manageable.”

“Easily the best place around. Sandwiches are delicious, highest quality ingredients, best selection of whatever you need. From the loaf of bread you forgot to the sinkers needed for fishing at the local creeks, they have it all. Dave and his team are personable and committed to the local community. You don't find this at other stores like rofo or wawa.”

“This turkey hill is always well stocked. I really enjoy the breakfast sandwiches they have hot and ready. Staff sometimes seem like they don't like working there but it's a thankless job. I try to be friendly and say thank you and ask how the day is going. You are appreciated!”
“Usually have a great price on gas and good selection of snacks. can be hard to get in and out of depending on what direction you are headed. If you are turning in from the college and then headed to the right after you stop in, you're fine. If you are coming from rising sun then headed toward north east, you're going to be sitting for a bit.”

“I rarely walk away from an interaction with a cashier with a smile on my face, I always use self checkout wherever I go. But I stopped at this walgreens saturday 10/3/20 around 7:30 and the gentleman working the register was helpful, informed about what the store carried, and genuinely engaging. I rarely feel compelled to write a review about a specific employee and I didn't ask his name but I hope management knows they have a great young man representing their store.”
“Cheap gas especially if you're coming from Pennsylvania. The bathrooms are surprisingly clean for a gas station. One road to get in/out is pretty busted up and narrow and the other is kind of steep, so pick your poison, but other than that it's my favorite gas station (if a favorite gas station is a normal thing to have).”

I saw some pretty interestingly bad reviews here, but on a good day they are inaccurate.
Overall happy with the location. Any flying J is better than NO FLYING J. PEOPLE NEED TO BE MORE GRATEFUL.
Had the pleasure of talking with two gentlemen today Josh & Joe (Night shift) not just any location with 5 or 6 showers. 15 showers here. 15! Imagine cleaning 15 showers an hour. Nope. That’s why you chose trucking. Be more grateful people.”

“I just stopped in at this location after a bad start to my birthday looking for my favorite croissant sizzli. I was sad to see none in the warmers so I asked the gentleman making drinks if they had more in the back and after checking was told they were fully out of croissants. I was a little disappointed but understood and went to pick another variety when he came rushing over to tell me they found another croissant hidden in the back and could make the croissant sizzli I wanted originally! I almost cried I needed something to go right this morning so badly and thanked him and said it’s my birthday that would be amazing if they could make it. After a short wait another young woman delivered me my sizzli and I thanked her and the gentleman before getting in my car. I finally opened my box to find this hand written birthday wish which truly made my day and turned it around. I’ve always loved Wawa for their service and food but this really solidifies why they’re better than the rest. Thank you thank you to those kind workers (I wish I had gotten their names). Keep doing amazing work!”
