“Love my community, Lowe’s!! They always have such wonderful customer service and I love how some workers like to show American pride, and they recognize their employee veterans as well as customers!

“Old school in the best way! Walked in looking for a few items - was greeted cheerfully, then asked by 3 different skilled workers if they could help in anyway. After purchase, was offered more help if I needed to load into my vehicle. Local hardware stores are going extinct - which is sad. Help keep this one around - SHOP LOCAL!!!! Cheers ? VERN”
“Bishop fencing is a great company. Joe, who handled scheduling of our fence work, was very friendly and always returned phone calls promptly. The fencing crew did great work on our property.
Highly recommend!”
“Needed a specific flat metal washer, told the gentleman the dimensions and he found an exact match in less than 30 seconds. Amazing customer service and fair pricing!”
“Awesome old school hardware store. Nice grill center in the summer and an awesome Christmas store during the season. And very helpful employees all year long! Good place to get your screens fixed. They do a good job of taking care of you.”
“The guy Bartholomew here is the man. Knowledgeable guy. He helped me in a pinch. I had a plumbing issue and needed to get it fixed and get the water back on. He was giving me solutions left and right and I was able to get the job done with his guidance.”
“If you're looking for a Benjamin Moore paint store in the Philly suburbs, you Must come to this store!!! I traveled from West Chester to Bridgeport to buy paint from these guys.Price: Unbeatable!!! This store was about $15 less than all the other stores in my area. Not only were they cheaper, they gave me a painter's discount and a free t-shirt... I love t-$hirts but I love them even more when they're free.Service: Outstanding!!! The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you nor trick you into buying things you don't need. You can ask a million and one questions and they will answer them all and still leave you with some genius advice you never thought of. When you come here for the first time you'll feel like you've been coming here forever. I never knew buying paint could feel this good!!!These are the businesses I'll make the effort to support and so should you!!! Thank me later ;).”

“Chris R picked up the phone when I called on a Saturday evening to see if the
Phoenixville store had a particular Weber grill in stock. He said they did so we went to pick it up. He came right out and identified himself when we walked in and made the whole transaction easy, fast and pleasant. He went out of his way to help load up the grill safely and sent us on our way to end the 4th of July weekend with a fantastic grilled feast. Thank you, Chris!”
“Best selection & quality, superb service, and reasonable prices. The owners helped me choose the right hardware for my kitchen cabinets. Seamless experience from start to finish.”
“Found this hardware store today while looking for a forklift propane tank refill. This staff is very personable and willing to help with with any questions you may have. This will be our go to hardware store for both propane and any other hardware items. It a full service hardware store with great staff. Thank you from the logistics team of the American Red Cross.”

“I had lost a bolt that helped keep one of my outside storage bins closed on my RV. Rich, the employee that helped me, was outstanding. He made sure I had what I needed to make sure it worked prior to my trip. I can’t say enough good about the employees that work there.”
“The gentlemen here are quite knowledgeable with things that you need. Every time I walk in they ask me right away what I need and give me the exact location. I never have to spend time wandering around trying to find it. This is an old-school hardware store with old-school customer service. These guys should be teaching the staff at Home Depot and Lowe's.”
“Went here looking for hardware for our kitchen remodel. Huge array of quality brands to choose from! Staff very helpful. Definitely would recommend checking it out”
“I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”
“My elderly parents had their new GE fridge installed. The young men were polite and did a wonderful job installing the new fridge. They also did a good job hauling away the P
previous Kenmore fridge. Thank you!”
“Ferguson did an installation today for me today. Mario and his 2 partners were excellent. They were efficient, neat, clean, and waited to make sure that the dishwasher was running properly.”
“We can't speak highly enough for the manager of the store, Doug, who was outstanding with helping us with a major purchase! He was knowledgeable about the product, helpful with logistics and had a good all round sense of humor! Would to to this particular Home Depot for our next large (and small) purchases!”
“Had unusual request regarding DIY Saab bodywork. Thanks to Jennifer in Paint and to Anthony for hearing it out and steering me in right direction (plexiglass). Totally helpful!”
“Idk about the buyers, but the warehouse is pretty chill. People are nice (for the most part). The only downside is no earbuds, and you can’t operate the forklift if you have a medical card. Other than that, I think the pay you get for the work you’re doing is not bad at all.”
“When I asked a guy for part, he not just showed me one but asked me what my problem was and very patiently gave me really good advice for possible solutions. It's this kind of thing that makes family owned hardware stores just totally Crush the mass of chain stores”
