“I needed a new battery for my car key fob and Robert searched for at least 15 minutes to find the right one!!! That's what I call awesome customer service!!”

“I am not an electrician by trade but I know enough and with their help I can accomplish any jobs I need to do. Well stocked store and they NEVER make me feel like an amateur.....”

“It’s not just a product the variety of products on the shelf in the aisles and there’s hundreds to pick from, they do that best for sure. But if their service. The service stands out the most they constantly wanna help you whatever you’re looking for and they actually know what to do as compared to people that you try to approach in a big box store. Now that I found this place, this specific place in Wayne I will no longer go to Home Depot or Lowes. This will be my choice even though it’s a little further ride. It’s worth it. You try you’ll see.”
301 N Lewis Rd, Royersford PA 19468

“Spectacular customer service! I had contractors scheduled to work on my deck and I forgot to order plugs and screws for my Trex decking (I was providing all of the supplies for the project). I needed to find the plugs that day for the contractors. I found Wehrung's through a retailer search on the Trex website and gave them a call. They didn't have any at their Collegeville location, but had a supply order being transferred from one of their other locations that afternoon. They were able to get me the supplies I needed that very day! Thank you Max and the Wehrung team. You have a customer for life.”

“This saw shop is great, they have everything you need to get Jobs started and finished, great prices and good chance that most of their items are cheaper than others selling same items, and the owners and people who work their are very knowledgeable and they couldn't be nicer, our business has been going there for years and have purchased a couple new chainsaws and have no issues with any of them, this place is great, go check it out you won't be disappointed, thanks Penn hollow for always having what I need when I need it!! ??”

“I came in here to get some paints. I think I saw somewhere else closed at 8pm and mixed it up in my head that LHC closed at 8. So, I came in basically right before it closed and didn’t even realize until I walked out. I wish I got their names, but the two ladies who were working last night were absolutely fantastic. You would never know I was probably keeping them a little late because I am a goofball due to their amazing customer service. My family has been going here for years, and I will always support them over the big chains whenever I can!”

“Friendly staff in the warehouse. My appointment was scheduled on my end for 0700, but the warehouse says receiving starts at 0730. I arrived at 0630. Not a good idea! There is a lot of box truck movement and they are not patient! If you pause for one second, you will be in someone’s way! Luckily, I found a spot to pull in and park to wait. It’s where they load and unload flat bedders. But don’t count on that space being available. Better to park on the off-ramp and wait until just before your delivery time if you want to make sure you’re not late. Traffic along the way when I came in at 0630 wasn’t too bad at all. *Receiving says to park outside the gate and wait until your delivery time. Personally, I’d rather not be in the way at all around here.”

“Great experience at Wolfe’s Decorative Hardware & Accessories — I love my new door locks. The quality is excellent and such a great finishing touch. They completely upgraded the look of my doors.”
463 W Lincoln Hwy, Exton PA 19341
“This is an extraordinary place! Their hardware is well-made and looks great, and service is even better. The previous owner of our house had taken the bolt out of the rim lock on the front door, and two locksmiths passed on fixing it. When we took the lock off the door and went to Ball and Ball (on the advice of a restoration specialist), it turned out they knew exactly how to fix it which they did very promptly. Every aspect of our interaction with them was pleasant and their interventions effective with reasonable pricing.”

“Yelp doesn't have an appropriate category for this. Discovered this place this fall while trying to find hardware for exterior doors we were both buying and having custom made. This place is for the serious shopper. You must make an appointment. No photography is allowed (I imagine they don't want window shoppers wasting their time taking pictures of amazing hardware and then trying to find it on Amazon or in a box store like Home Depot - spoiler alert...you won't so don't waste your time or there's). The selection was amazing. Modern to gothic. US to European. Door knobs to knockers and everything in-between. We had recently bought a new home designed to be Tudor but with Golden Girls taste everywhere. We wanted to beef up the historical look of the place and came here and found everything we needed. Their inventory is immense and their knowledge deep. Love this place!”

“I’m a customer from Canada and was ready to buy a lot of tree bolts for my treehouse project. After taking advantage of the free virtual meeting / consultation, the staff advised me that my trees were too small and I needed to modify my plan so that my treehouse would be safe. This resulted in a substantial order being cancelled so I am very grateful to the staff for their honesty. I will likely be shopping here again for accessories once my project gets to that stage. I also recommend the book “Backyard Treehouses” by the same owner (I think!) Honest, reliable and knowledgeable company!!”

“Went in today to pickup a new window A/c unit. A young lady by the name of Adrianna helped me. She was super well spoken, told me exactly the size and strength unit I would need to cool my apartment, and helped me find a cart to move the unit with. The unit works great, and the store is fine, but my interaction with her is why Im leaving this review. She deserves a raise and a promotion with the great attitude and knowledge she possesses. 11/10 stars. When I come back for other items, I hope shes the store associate to help me!”
1032 South Park Avenue, Norristown PA 19403
“I was having an issue with my programmable keypad at my residence, Wilson's was able to come out that afternoon. Charles spoke with me over the phone to understand exactly what I needed, when they arrived the work was performed quickly and diligently. Extremely satisfied.”
521 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne PA 19087
“This place is great. I admit I often go to Home Depot for plumbing parts because it's closer, but when they don't have what I need, or what they do have is junk, I go to Grove Supply. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. I wish it was closer to Media, PA.”
181 South Gulph Road, King of Prussia PA 19406
“Dwayne is absolutely AMAZING! The manufacturer drops the ball and pretty much didn’t want to do anything. I bought the equipment back to Home Depot. Instead of sending me back to dealing with the manufacture. Dwayne listened to me patiently, and helped me solve my problems. He is such an amazing human being and AWESOME customer service representative. Dwayne for employee of the year !!!”
1136 Town Square Rd, Pottstown PA 19465
“Was only in here for a brief moment as I knew what I needed and was on a mission, however I had a good experience. The store was clean and organized. I didn't have any interactions with employees, but saw them interacting with other customers and it seemed to be going well. I used the self checkout and the process was painless.”
295 Armand Hammer Blvd, Pottstown PA 19464
“I want to leave a positive review for your store in regards to the outstanding service I received. Brian Raab- provided outstanding customer service and knowledge in regards to an issue I had with an appliance order. He was very compassionate and understanding. What an amazing asset to your company to have such an awesome employee. Good job Home Depot!! ❤️”

“I can only speak on the Paint department at Home Depot. Abdul was the associate who helped us at Home Depot and was very kind and patient. My sister and I had a lot of questions and he didn't mind answering every single one. Thanks, Abdul!”

“Typical Home Depot. They had everything I needed. Helpful workers. Cashier found me, so I didn't have to wait in line! Went for a door. Workers were very helpful. We found everything we were looking for.”
295 Armand Hammer Blvd, Pottstown PA 19464
“Owen in the door department was great! I came in one day with my four kids after having an accident with one of my sliding glass doors. He had a model on his desk and let my boys play with while helping me find a replacement. He explained how to find the part number and gave me his card to continue over the phone once I got home. Helped me find what I needed at a great rate! In my opinion he went above and beyond what I expected! Great Job Home Depot!”

“Going to a DIY store is out of my comfort zone. I do have to say each time I go to my local store I get great assistance from both male and female associates. It gives me hope that one day I will know what I am doing around the yard. They will even put the really heavy items in the back of your vehicle. No complaints from me. I always learn so much when I go there. Gotta run and see if I remember how to hook up the bagger thingy to the mower.”
690 Lancaster Pike, Frazer PA 19355
“I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”
181 S Gulph Rd, King of Prussia PA 19406
“Tomás at the King of Prussia Home Depot tool rental department was extremely helpful and made sure I rented a truck that I was comfortable driving. Great service, I'll be back for any other tool or vehicle rental needs.”

Thank you again Alicia and Sheli.”
