“Wow! I am amazed by the excellent customer service I received at this store. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the screws I needed for my car. This is definitely the place you want to go to. They were willing to help, unlike the place I went to the day before. I see why the store is called Do It Best because they did just that and more.”

“This is a place for all things brass, and other materials. It has a number of suppliers and a variety of items for the entire house. Excellent service and knowledge of the products. Even though the store is 30-45 minutes away from my residence- still worth the ride. Recently purchased cabinet pulls for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen - always get compliments.”

“The gentlemen here are quite knowledgeable with things that you need. Every time I walk in they ask me right away what I need and give me the exact location. I never have to spend time wandering around trying to find it. This is an old-school hardware store with old-school customer service. These guys should be teaching the staff at Home Depot and Lowe's.”

“Excellent service and low prices. They have anything you'll need for a plumbing job and they are willing to help you figure it out when you have a problem.I've been coming here for years and they always do it well. They have most things in stock that you'll need for anything plumbing. Most recently I was in need of some parts to fix a toilet and was thinking about driving down the road to Lowes but instead decided to stop here - they went above and beyond in helping me figure out a complication I was running into. And when I saw the price of the three items I was buying totaled up to about $11 it was shocking - in a good way. The same things down the street would have easily been double that plus. This is the place to get your plumbing supplies. Don't even think twice.”

They have a good selection of tool, plumbing, gardening, paint, and electrical supplies at reasonable prices, which are marked well. They also perform services like making keys and screen replacements. Definitely worth a try.”

“This should be the prime example of how a building supply company should be modeled after. There is a nice product show room area. The counter / customer service area is very inviting with usually a few people ready to help. There is never any wait and there is coffee and snacks. They keep a very clean, neat, and organized warehouse and yard. This place definitely has their s*** together.”

“This is an extraordinary place! Their hardware is well-made and looks great, and service is even better. The previous owner of our house had taken the bolt out of the rim lock on the front door, and two locksmiths passed on fixing it. When we took the lock off the door and went to Ball and Ball (on the advice of a restoration specialist), it turned out they knew exactly how to fix it which they did very promptly. Every aspect of our interaction with them was pleasant and their interventions effective with reasonable pricing.”

“I’m a customer from Canada and was ready to buy a lot of tree bolts for my treehouse project. After taking advantage of the free virtual meeting / consultation, the staff advised me that my trees were too small and I needed to modify my plan so that my treehouse would be safe. This resulted in a substantial order being cancelled so I am very grateful to the staff for their honesty. I will likely be shopping here again for accessories once my project gets to that stage. I also recommend the book “Backyard Treehouses” by the same owner (I think!) Honest, reliable and knowledgeable company!!”

“It's a very good home improvement store with great selections of building supplies, appliances, plants, and holiday decor. You could spend many hours looking for and/or figuring out what your next home improvement project might be.If you're any type of DIYer, you can get most of what you need if not everything here. If you want a professional to do the job, you could make arrangements to have what you purchase installed such as doors and bathtubs. If you are a Veteran or active duty, you want to sign up for the military discount program (verification required) for 10% everyday discount. Happy shopping!!”

“This place is great. I admit I often go to Home Depot for plumbing parts because it's closer, but when they don't have what I need, or what they do have is junk, I go to Grove Supply. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. I wish it was closer to Media, PA.”

“It’s not a bad hardware store. It doesn’t quite have the selection of one of the larger stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s but things that it’s the only real hardware store around”

“Going to a DIY store is out of my comfort zone. I do have to say each time I go to my local store I get great assistance from both male and female associates. It gives me hope that one day I will know what I am doing around the yard. They will even put the really heavy items in the back of your vehicle. No complaints from me. I always learn so much when I go there. Gotta run and see if I remember how to hook up the bagger thingy to the mower.”
