“Spectacular customer service! I had contractors scheduled to work on my deck and I forgot to order plugs and screws for my Trex decking (I was providing all of the supplies for the project). I needed to find the plugs that day for the contractors. I found Wehrung's through a retailer search on the Trex website and gave them a call. They didn't have any at their Collegeville location, but had a supply order being transferred from one of their other locations that afternoon. They were able to get me the supplies I needed that very day! Thank you Max and the Wehrung team. You have a customer for life.”
“I came in here to get some paints. I think I saw somewhere else closed at 8pm and mixed it up in my head that LHC closed at 8. So, I came in basically right before it closed and didn’t even realize until I walked out. I wish I got their names, but the two ladies who were working last night were absolutely fantastic. You would never know I was probably keeping them a little late because I am a goofball due to their amazing customer service. My family has been going here for years, and I will always support them over the big chains whenever I can!”
“This is an extraordinary place! Their hardware is well-made and looks great, and service is even better. The previous owner of our house had taken the bolt out of the rim lock on the front door, and two locksmiths passed on fixing it. When we took the lock off the door and went to Ball and Ball (on the advice of a restoration specialist), it turned out they knew exactly how to fix it which they did very promptly. Every aspect of our interaction with them was pleasant and their interventions effective with reasonable pricing.”

“Friendly staff in the warehouse. My appointment was scheduled on my end for 0700, but the warehouse says receiving starts at 0730. I arrived at 0630. Not a good idea! There is a lot of box truck movement and they are not patient! If you pause for one second, you will be in someone’s way!
Luckily, I found a spot to pull in and park to wait. It’s where they load and unload flat bedders. But don’t count on that space being available.
Better to park on the off-ramp and wait until just before your delivery time if you want to make sure you’re not late. Traffic along the way when I came in at 0630 wasn’t too bad at all.
*Receiving says to park outside the gate and wait until your delivery time. Personally, I’d rather not be in the way at all around here.”

“This place is great. I admit I often go to Home Depot for plumbing parts because it's closer, but when they don't have what I need, or what they do have is junk, I go to Grove Supply. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. I wish it was closer to Media, PA.”

“Was only in here for a brief moment as I knew what I needed and was on a mission, however I had a good experience. The store was clean and organized. I didn't have any interactions with employees, but saw them interacting with other customers and it seemed to be going well. I used the self checkout and the process was painless.”
“I’m a customer from Canada and was ready to buy a lot of tree bolts for my treehouse project. After taking advantage of the free virtual meeting / consultation, the staff advised me that my trees were too small and I needed to modify my plan so that my treehouse would be safe. This resulted in a substantial order being cancelled so I am very grateful to the staff for their honesty. I will likely be shopping here again for accessories once my project gets to that stage. I also recommend the book “Backyard Treehouses” by the same owner (I think!) Honest, reliable and knowledgeable company!!”

“Went in today to pickup a new window A/c unit. A young lady by the name of Adrianna helped me. She was super well spoken, told me exactly the size and strength unit I would need to cool my apartment, and helped me find a cart to move the unit with.
The unit works great, and the store is fine, but my interaction with her is why Im leaving this review. She deserves a raise and a promotion with the great attitude and knowledge she possesses. 11/10 stars. When I come back for other items, I hope shes the store associate to help me!”

He had a model on his desk and let my boys play with while helping me find a replacement. He explained how to find the part number and gave me his card to continue over the phone once I got home.
