“This post office has excellent customer service. I used to have a PO Box here over 2 years ago, and somebody recently shipped me a package. I called and spoke to a woman named Judy, and she offered to forward the package to me in my new location. Recently, when dealing with the USPS, I've been disappointed at the red tape I've encountered. This office made it easy for me, and cured my anxieties.”

“I purchased a print at an auction house and contacted AJ at the Packaging Store about picking it up and shipping it. From the first e-mail, they responded quickly, communicated often and handled everything very professionally. They made suggestions for saving cost and did everything on schedule. The artwork was packaged securely and professionally. I would definitely use them again!”

“I am so grateful to have the UPS store close by. I've always had superior service, with fast, friendly agents, including the manager Sylvia, Nigel, and new Jacqueline. I really cannot speak highly enough about the store leader, Sylvia. She is a dynamo, you're done before you walk in! Unbelievable service, kindness, helpfulness-- the best business ever. Thank you so much for all you do, UPS agents! No way could I accomplish so many tasks and life necessities without you! You all rock! ❤️”

“I have shipped small loads before with another company and had a bad experience. TSI made this so easy. I worked with Steve and he and the team kept me informed and picked up one piece of furniture in one state and within a week, we had the piece in our home in another state. The movers were professional and called the day before and then about 30 minutes before they showed up for delivery. They even picked up furniture after 2 feet of snow was dumped at the pick up location.”

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. “I’ve been using this post office since I moved here in 2017 and the folks that work here have ALWAYS been kind, patient and helpful. They are always willing to give me advice on how to best ship my items from my small business as well as help me better understand what works best for them. They’ve even gone so far as helping me make sure all my passport docs were in order without an apt (there wasn’t a line of people behind me) of which I really appreciated because that whole process was very confusing. Thanks so much yall!”
