“This location is always busy. But the times I’ve been in everything was efficiently run, and was able to get what I needed to have done. Today I was met by a young man who in my eyes was doing everything right. Behind him was a middle-aged man who seemed more supervisory in nature. While the young man was asking me questions and supporting what I needed the middle-age man was consistently talking over him, repeating him louder and talking faster, creating an unnecessary, confusing and stressful situation. I had a moment to acknowledge the young customer service representative to say that manager‘s behavior is in no way helpful to anyone. I even left the store sort of stressed! I hope everyone slows down just a bit and takes an occasional deep breath.”

“Priscilla saved my life today. I must have not noticed when my address got entered wrong when I shipped 400$ worth of old junk back home to Pennsylvania, my local ups store was very unhelpful and hot potatoed me back to the Douglasville ga store, and Priscilla helped me avoid having my stuff go back to Georgia and having to pay all over again. Miracle worker, could’ve easily hot potatoed me like everyone else did”

“Went into this post office this morning to mail a paqckage. The clerk informed me that I had an incorrect address. After calling home, I realized she was right. I told her I'd return later and she was quite pleasant. When I returned, I got the parcel mailed. The clerk was very patient and considerate with me. I have never had a problem at this post office.”

“I am surprised by the negative reviews so I felt compelled to leave my feedback.My daily mail carrier always greets me with a smile, very nice lady. There was one time ants had taken over the mailbox - after work I went down to spray them but to my surprise she had already taken care of them!The manager at the post office is professional and returns calls within hours. I once submitted a request online to get the status of a delivery. I actually received a personal phone call from that same manager asking me if I needed any more help.”

“I was very nervous and skeptical coming to this UPS due to the review and the stories of Aubree but I wanted to take time and share that I had a very good experience. I even had mistake not having the entire application filled out and Aubree was VERY patient with me and explain everything to me. Everything worked out and I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes even with me not having everything ready. Thank you Aubree for being kind and explaining things to me.”
“Love this post office! Nicely re-surfaced parking and lots of it, friendly and knowledgeable service workers guiding me how to spend less on package deliveries, etc. One just told me that they just got a super new mail sorter machine which will enable them to handle mail sorting for several towns in a truly efficient manner. She said it will minimize delays and losses. And now, you can rate the service you received on the spot before you leave! I have mine a big ?! Also, you can use the self-service station if you don’t want to wait in line. You can also get passport services here, and that’s not true at all post offices. I took family members for theirs and had no issues. Another ☺️!”
“Had a package underlivered the night before. Went here first thing in the morning to check if it was still there. Guys at the front were super nice and understanding and were able to locate the package still in the facility and I was able to pick it up no problem. Even on a sleet-filled morning they were bright and cheerful and helpful. So thankful!”
