“This location is always busy. But the times I’ve been in everything was efficiently run, and was able to get what I needed to have done. Today I was met by a young man who in my eyes was doing everything right. Behind him was a middle-aged man who seemed more supervisory in nature. While the young man was asking me questions and supporting what I needed the middle-age man was consistently talking over him, repeating him louder and talking faster, creating an unnecessary, confusing and stressful situation. I had a moment to acknowledge the young customer service representative to say that manager‘s behavior is in no way helpful to anyone. I even left the store sort of stressed! I hope everyone slows down just a bit and takes an occasional deep breath.”

“I’ve been sending boxes to DR with quisqueya cargo for many years and I never had any issues. My boxes always arrive in perfect condition. They deliver in a timely manner and are prompt to assist if you have any questions about your box. Here and In DR they always answer the call and provide updates if needed.”
“I have lived here for 10 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the post office. Always polite and efficient. Was polite and efficient. I drop off a lot of packages and have never seen or heard anything negative. My mail carriers have always been personable and friendly and accommodating. Never complained about me running to their truck with a late package for them to scan.”
“Ive never had any issues with this post office besides the parking lot being a little inconvenient due to limited spots and near a busy intersection. The customer service is great though. They even honored a mistake they made and sent a hand written note in the mail to me apologizing and fixed the error.”
“I stopped in this post office the week of Christmas to see if I could gather any information about my package that had supposedly traveled through this location the day prior. Heather helped me at the counter, and she was very kind in checking their system and giving me more information about my package’s travels and whereabouts. She also gave me a very clear explanation of why it got rerouted, instead of being delivered.
I also received a phone call from her the following day to let me know that my package should be arriving at my local post office a couple towns over, on Christmas Eve. That follow-up phone call was very much appreciated. This package was very special to me, and the item inside was not replaceable.
I was very thankful to receive such kind and helpful service in this post office. The USPS should be thankful to have an employee like Heather behind their counter.”
“I never have any issues with my mail delivery, but before Christmas I had a package for my grandson take a rather unexpected route. It was supposed to be delivered on December 15th. I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to receive it, and I was bummed because it was an item that took me countless hours to find and it was not replaceable. On the night of December 22, I sent a message through the usps website inquiring about it. The following morning I received a voicemail from John at this post office. (I hope I spelled it right, as this name was taken from my voicemail text) He informed me that my package should arrive at this location the next day (Christmas Eve), and if it does, he would let me know. Christmas Eve morning I received an email with an apology for the issue from Khadidrah at this location. She said that my package arrived at the facility that morning and would be delivered that same day. I am pleased to say that my package was delivered safely to my home on Christmas Eve, just as stated. I was very impressed by the customer service that I received by the USPS this busy holiday season, and it was appreciated that they just received it that morning, and managed to get it delivered the same day. This routing error was of no fault to this particular location, as it occurred in another area of the US. I want to say a big thank you to all who helped locate and get this package to me on Christmas Eve.”

Nicely re-surfaced parking and lots of it, friendly and knowledgeable service workers guiding me how to spend less on package deliveries, etc. One just told me that they just got a super new mail sorter machine which will enable them to handle mail sorting for several towns in a truly efficient manner. She said it will minimize delays and losses. And now, you can rate the service you received on the spot before you leave! I have mine a big ?! Also, you can use the self-service station if you don’t want to wait in line. You can also get passport services here, and that’s not true at all post offices. I took family members for theirs and had no issues. Another ☺️!”
