He hacksawed, at my request, about 2 inches of plastic so it could be removed and placed in my trunk. He was working on another car but took time immediately to help me to get me back on the road.”

He got it done and through that process some other car issues arose to which he always (wheel speed sensor issues) addressed until he got to the root cause! I'd highly recommend using them! “Steve took a look at my car and it was under warranty and instead of fixing it himself and charging us, he told us to take it to the dealership and say it’s under warranty. He saved us so much money and explained it all in detail and even printed out the paper showing the warranty to take with me. This is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever talked to. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest mechanic! Great family as well!”

“They unloaded me right away even though I was 1hr and a half early (I was told 0800, but appointment was for 0900). Very nice fellas. I explained it was my first time here and they were very kind.? As a rule of thumb, I try to only show up 30 minutes early, no earlier. I only had 230 tires, so it wasn't a full load by any means.”

“Tow Service via my Insurance - When my car broke down on the hottest week of the year, my insurance roadside assistance sent Quentin Frey with the tow truck from Roberts. Polite and courteous. He also gave honest advice about the best place to have my vehicle towed to.
Garage Services - My car was towed to the garage late Monday. I called to touch base on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, they called and gave me the final verdict. Nothing needed fixed but they did spend two days of manpower time running tests, doing a full battery of diagnostics and test drives. Replacing parts wasn't going to do anything. My car is aging and just in need of being replaced soon.
Edited to add: They later did more tests & found an issue that required a battery replacement due to faulty parts on the battery. My bill did go up for that, but cant recall the cost as I'm writing this just now (nearly 2 months after my original post.)
Towing : Covered by insurance.”

The most reliable used car I’ve ever purchased was from this car lot. To begin that sale I was looking at a different car, they took it in for inspection prior to my purchase and called me the next day to let me know they couldn’t sell me the car, after there inspection they realized it wasn’t safe. There honesty was what sold me on the car I ended up purchasing. Which was the best $3200 cash I ever spent on a used car! It ran great for the entire time I had the car. I had them service the car for the entire time I owned it. Haven’t had any car service anywhere else since I first went to this garage!
