“I cashed in on a great deal 6 months ago on a 3rd party website, pre-paid and I'm keeping my membership, despite the minor increase on the price, which kicked in after the deal expired.
The staff helped me navigate maintaining a discounted fee, and I'm very grateful that Mason, Abby, and Darla went to bat with the company on my behalf. Abby especially went out of her way to help me on the phone. Yes, this is a company where you can actually talk to real people when you call, a rarity these days.
I'm proud to say I'm keeping my storage unit, and I'm more than satisfied. Halls are well lit, dolly is easy to load up, and the door code adds an extra level of security. If you want a good place to declutter, give extra space a shot.”

“Today, I switched rental units, and the young lady working there today in place of Vivian was the BEST! She demonstrated her professionalism a few hours before I even arrived by calling me twice after missing my calls this morning; I did not leave a message to call me back. Who does that nowadays?
She was fast too. I was done and on my way. She closed out ine account and opened another in about 10 minutes. It was a pleasure working with her. The regular manager, Vivian, should be proud because Ariana ran her place in the same superb manner that she does. Vivian is the epitome of professionalism too and it is evident that she takes great pride in her work at Extra Space by the way she maintains the entire site.”

“When COVID hit in early 2020, I put nearly everything I own into storage at Extra Space Storage (Willow Grove, PA) and moved from Center City, Philadelphia to Utah to be closer to family and my aging parents. I have had terrible experiences with other storage facilities in the past, so I did some research into what facilities had good reviews and reasonable prices. I chose this Extra Space location and truly hoped for the best.
Today, I returned to my Extra Space storage unit to have Old City movers load up everything to bring it to my home in NC. I had emotionally prepared myself for my stored items to be a mess, for there to be a ton of dust and possibly even bugs on my things. It had been years, after all. I had even emotionally prepared myself for my items to have been rifled through or some items stolen, because that had happened at a previous storage unit in Utah (not at an Extra Space).
When I arrived to Extra Space this morning, I had tried to keep my expectations as low as possible. My gate code worked the first time. My keys to my locks still worked and my locks looked as shiny as the day I put them on the unit 5 years ago. The facility floor was impeccably clean, as was the floor in my storage unit. Mind you, I’ve not been back to this storage unit since I had Old City movers load it up 5 years ago. I was in tears when I opened the storage doors. Everything was PERFECT. Everything was clean. REMARKABLY CLEAN. I took videos to send to my family because we’ve been through the storage unit drama in the past at other facilities. I couldn’t believe how great everything looked and how clean everything was. I am so grateful to this Extra Space facility for taking care of the facility so that my possessions would be safe and secure.
I went down to the office to say thank you to the person working, and realized when I knocked on the door that the office wasn’t scheduled to open for another 15 minutes. There was a person at the desk and I thought, oh he may not open the door since it’s still early. He (Keith Travis) turned and smiled at me, quickly walked over to unlock and open the door and welcomed me into the office - as if it wasn’t 15 minutes before scheduled opening time. Keith was very helpful, kind, welcoming, and customer service-friendly.
I HIGHLY recommend this location. My experience couldn’t have been better. Although I paid a lot of money for the storage unit in the 5 years I had it, it was worth it. Extra Space takes great care of their facility so that my things were cared for. Thank you, thank you!”

“I moved 10 times in 10 years and this was by far the best of the 10. No angst from Dawn setting it all up to the three movers Tom Marvin and Dominic getting it all done. Moving is a hassle but they made it easy. I was on my third company trying to get my stuff moved and they made it seem so simple and inexpensive. I'll be using them from now on.”
