Be advised that the ceilings here are starting to crumble, so your stuff will get coated in a dusting of fine powder if you keep over time. But for the rate, location, and service, you’re better off here than a lot of other spots in town.”

“I cashed in on a great deal 6 months ago on a 3rd party website, pre-paid and I'm keeping my membership, despite the minor increase on the price, which kicked in after the deal expired.
The staff helped me navigate maintaining a discounted fee, and I'm very grateful that Mason, Abby, and Darla went to bat with the company on my behalf. Abby especially went out of her way to help me on the phone. Yes, this is a company where you can actually talk to real people when you call, a rarity these days.
I'm proud to say I'm keeping my storage unit, and I'm more than satisfied. Halls are well lit, dolly is easy to load up, and the door code adds an extra level of security. If you want a good place to declutter, give extra space a shot.”

If you communicate with them they will get back to you fast and quick. They do care for you even if you have trouble on making your payment on time. I use them for my daughter in college as well you can connect the accounts. Extra space makes everything easy with no extra hassle. I appreciate this company so come join the family whether its a short time or long time. Extra space has all sizes to accommodate your storage and you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime needed.
