“Never a lack of deals at BB's. Staff could not be nicer and everybody knows where everything is. Sometimes gets a little chaotic since there doesn't really seem to be any traffic pattern inside but isn't difficult to navigate. Great place to stock up on Dry Goods and close out prices on other things. I pick up all of my snacks for my kids lunches here since I can buy three or four times as much for the same as I would pay for a single box of snacks at a regular grocery store.”

“The store was clean and inviting however there needs to be more customer service managers or cashiers on the floor authorized to perform a return while the truck is being unloaded. I had a return and was told I had to wait until they were done with the truck I was actually from another state and was in a hurry to get back on the road.. I left the product I returned without a refund..other than that the store looked great.. the cashiers were apologetic and very accommodating.”

“Chambersburg's version of a bodega-(kinda)!! It's a convenient little store that has your necessities. Milk, soda, bread, snacks, cigarettes. If you roll your own cigs, they carry small and large bags of pipe tobacco and tubes. The prices are similar to Puff-n-Snuff's. They have a display case that is stocked with different types of "smoking" pipes and accessories. The lady that runs the counter is very nice. They accept EBT, debit, credit, and cash. Parking can be a little tough at times, It's located on Main Street at the corner of Queen Street. (L.W.E.)”

“I would like to give a shout out to your cashier Teresa. She went above and beyond today. I had a door dash order where I needed mini carnation 8ct with stems, I went to her register to ask her for help. She had another customer she was checking out and told me she would be right with me. She came over to the floral department to help me look for the carnations even though that wasn’t her department. She had stated she was cashier but was more than willing to help. She never complained about floral not being her dept and was willing to help regardless. She even price checked the mini carnations she helped us pick out. The floral person was no where to be found even after they paged/ called for her. Thank you again Teresa and appreciated your help today.”

“Brandon the pharmacist went above and beyond for me. I need a certain medication and it wasn’t available in the strength I needed. He suggested a stronger strength and cut the tablet in half. May seem easy but it was finding trouble with doctors to understand what was needed. He took it upon himself to call the doctor to get the right script was sent. It was and it all worked out for the better. Customer service at its best. Do not let him go in this area.”

“Not crowded on a Saturday afternoon, which is good. More accessibility to stock because boxes of new stock blocking isles and shelves, which I encounter at many DG stores, we're not in my way. The store was clean and well stocked. Nice parking lot, no trash or potholes. Try this location.”

“This is my go to DG location. I never have bad customer service here and everyone is really friendly and almost overly helpful.
The only bad thing is the camp across the street sometimes clears them out of a lot of things, that’s not really their fault.
Very convenient location as well, everything else is quite a distance away.”
