The pads hit the car a bit harder than others, which concerned me at first as they fully rattle and shake the car (2023 Nissan Rogue), but alas, the car comes out clean without issues and as a plus...the air dryers are so powerful they actually blow the excess water off your car upon exit. No soapy leftovers to deal with when you hand dry. Great place! ?”

“They completed a thorough cleaning quickly and effectively. The products they use smell nice, and some of the surfaces have reflection. Other places charge more for the same effort, but we only paid $28. The only downside for our first time was that I initially became confused due to the lack of guidance and the small area. But I would definitely comeback now that I know what I’m doing”

“Prompt and affordable service. Very accommodating and reasonable. Left my 10yo ford and came back fresher than the dealership I got it from. All the stains from years of traveling with kids were completely gone. Great smelling shampoo; I usually get irritated from strong chemicals but had no issues with any of the smells or surfaces. Accidentally left some nicknacks in the car but were all treated respectfully and all accounted for.”

“Wonderful customer service, I've had several issues like vacuums clogged up to my vehicle not going in neutral. Every time the staff has been very friendly and understanding. The wet towels are a nice touch to help get door wells and other areas that can rust away the body of a car. I personally use my sparkle club membership every weekend and highly recommend it, especially if you live around this area during winter. You will get a lot more life out of the body of your vehicle plus it's far more efficient than washing at home.”

“I have a car that has colored Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic costing that requires a very specific cleaning regiment. I have found Hellertown Auto Wash overall outstanding. Very Clean - Fully Functional - Well Maintained Equipment. Automatic Wash outstanding for those like me that can't have any type of a brush wash. Self Service Bays - Water pressure a perfect - 1100 PSI (not too much or too little pressure - just the perfect amount). An amazing hand held air dryer that you can really dry your entire car in minutes with no worries of scratches. Blows out all the water in all door jambs, creases and trunk & hood panel gaps. Very reasonably priced and you can easily pay by coin, credit card or Apple Pay. You can stop charges every four or five minutes or let it continue and will time out at $15 after 15 minutes. Several high quality vacuums. Outstanding customer service, if you call the owner he is very nice and will answer any questions and is very accommodating. Overall outstanding and I highly recommend Hellertown Auto Wash! Request a quote”

“Been out of the area for awhile but drove through the wintery weather and wanted to get the salt washed off. So, I headed to Norton's. Oh my gosh, it's gone, it's a CVS and they don't wash cars. But I spotted Shammy Shine down the way next to WaWa. You enter the lane and the kiosk let's you pick what you want. There were a lot of choices. I went with basic and undercarriage cleaning. ( I think it cost about $15. ) Only because I didn't want to hold up the line. As you enter, a Staff Member will come out and guide your wheels into the track. Sit back and e joy the ride. One thing odd, I have an SUV and a Staff Member slipped a plastic sleeve over the rear wiper, which I didn't realize until I got down the road. If I had realized, I would have removed it before I left the complex. Not sure why it was placed on it. There are vacuums which must be for self use or a higher service selection. I use a service where you tell the attendant what you want, you go to the lounge. They take the car which goes through the wash and the attendant brings it around for the detail wipe down, and spritz the wheels. It did the job!”

“Their are great get a car wash save 20 cents a gallon. The wash is very good job getting my car cleaned after winter I usually get ultimate wash then rest year I get basic for $5. They got very good working vacuums only 75 cents for 4 minutes of time. They got towel dispensers. The vacs in good condition. The suction is very good.”

“Solid price to value touchless wash. Good for a quick spray down for crappy road salt. As always with a touchless it’s not gunna take a months worth of grime off but if you keep up on your vehicle this place packs a good value. If it’s busy you will have a wait with only one automatic bay, but time it right and drive right in. Better than my old touchless wash in Saucon valley. As always bring towels to finish drying as the drying system will leave the car decently wet.”
