“They do a good job here and don’t try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. The only problem is that they always have a salty attitude when you tell them you need a tire rotation - every time. The last time I needed one, they stood around in the bay talking about how much they hated to do them. Makes you want to go somewhere else when you need a rotation, which they’d probably love.”

“Hellertown Auto Wash is your standard automated car wash with a few different levels of cleaning able to be selected. I use Amex as my main credit card, so was glad to see that accepted. Since it had been... well... a LONG time since my car had seen a car wash, I opted for the cream of the crop, the Xtreme Wash.It reminded me of any other automated wash I've been to - high pressure sprays on the wheels as you slowly roll in, and a sign to show you when to stop your vehicle. I chose to turn off my car and watch as it worked. After it cycles through your chosen wash cycle, it lets you know to pull forward again through the now-open rear door, and the high velocity drying function turns on. Doesn't quite dry the car but at least removes most large amounts of water present. Driving it for a bit afterward would dry it the rest of the way.Overall, pretty much what you'd expect at an automated car wash. Seemed to be in good working order and I lucked out here visiting at 5 PM on Super Bowl Sunday - no line at all. Car looked decently clean once I got home a few minutes away. I'll probably try to get back on a monthly basis to keep the car in good shape.”

“Great car wash system. The pads hit the car a bit harder than others, which concerned me at first as they fully rattle and shake the car (2023 Nissan Rogue), but alas, the car comes out clean without issues and as a plus...the air dryers are so powerful they actually blow the excess water off your car upon exit. No soapy leftovers to deal with when you hand dry. Great place! ?”
