I called around to pharmacies and Michelle at the Palmyra PA location went above and beyond to get my prescriptions transferred, explain the differences in the brands and pricing options. “I want to thank the FOUR associates who helped me for several minutes , to try to find my Visa card. I was at self checkout . I inserted my chip card into the reader , but somehow it flipped down behind the scanner . Four associates spent several miles trying to get behind the scanner to find my card. Unfortunately the scanner could not be moved . I did not find my card. But they were all kind enough to try to help me get it out. That's above and beyond customer service ! Thank you !”
