Jacob was really great when helping my husband and I. Despite having a challenging customer in the store he was able to switch our service and have us out quickly with no issues. Very personable and great energy.

The gentleman who set up my phone was fabulous. I made the mistake of transferring to Comcast for a few months and was very unsatisfied with my service and I'm happy to be back at cricket!
