Metro by T-Mobile offers unbeatable prepaid plans and 5G phones. The staff is friendly and provides amazing help, going above and beyond with customer service. They will walk customers through best prepaid plans and phone upgrades. The store is now very clean and neat and smells great, a positive change from previous months. Employees are polite and helpful in resolving multiple issues. Customers report being very impressed and state they will definitely be back.

I went here to see if I could get my cracked screen fixed or had an upgrade on my phone. I they couldn't fix screen, but I was eligible for a upgraded phone.
