They fixed the screen protector on my phone and when they stop doing screen protectors on Apple watches, they told me to buy the protector and they would put it on. While I picked up the protector and brought it to them, and they were so nice and put it on as a courtesy. If you ever need work done, go to them, they’re great!”

“Both Troy and Jordan are AMAZING! And will do anything to help you out! I had to spend a bit of time at the store one night because my new phone took a while to copy over from my old phone and got to witness Troy go above and beyond with his customers... and several times there were situations that I would've just said "sorry, can't help you"... but he found a way to help, at personal sacrifice to himself. I was very impressed to say the least. I'm a new Verizon phone customer, so I can't say too much about my phone service yet, but I will praise these guys at this store up and down. And this store is open an hour later than the other Verizon store in Monroeville... so you want to come here, without a doubt! They have won my loyalty, for sure!!”

“My family and I went to the North Versailles AT&T store on 10/14/23. We have been with Verizon for 20 years. My husband and I had iPhone 7s and my son an 11. Verizon was no help to us even though we have been their customers for so many years. My husband had called AT&T and spoke with someone. We decided to just go to the store and see if we can get a better deal with a different carrier. We met Christian. He was very kind and very helpful. He figured out the best deal he could for us and took his time helping us and answering any questions we had. He was even able to get us a discount through the type of occupation I had. We left there with three new phones, 2 iPhon e 14 pro max, and 1 iPhone 14. I suggest if you are looking to switch phone carriers to go with AT&T and to go to their store in North Versailles. “This place is the best! I highly recommend their business. I literally washed my phone (accidentally)in August 2020. I was told by the manufacturer’s store and a cellphone repair shop (I paid a diagnostic fee) that my phone was a loss and my photos could not be recovered. Luckily I held out hope. In January of 2022, I was told about Cell Phones and More. They got my phone working and I have my precious videos and pictures. (My auto backup plan was not activated for a 6 month period unbeknownst to me.) Thank you so much!!!!! Definitely giving 10+⭐️ on a 5 ⭐️scale.”

“After stopping at the Pittsburgh Mills store to upgrade my phone and dealing with one of the least helpful people I have ever dealt with, (Travis I believe) had made it clear that he was not going to put any amount of effort into simply doing his job.I decided to take the ride to the Fox Chapel store in the Waterworks Plaza where I was greeted by Aiden who listened to what I wanted to do, looked into my account and explained what my options were. Even though it was time for Aiden to be done for the day he stayed and started the process of my upgrade. His coworker Will agreed that he would finish the upgrade so that Aiden wouldn’t have to stay. Kudos for the teamwork guys! Done, no issues, happy!It’s most often not the business as a whole that sucks, it’s the people working!”

“These guys, Alex and "the new guy", were amazing today. I was there to start new service and they answered ALL my questions and got me the best deal for me. This was during what most definitely was the hardest time of the day for them as a disgruntled customer came in with a unique issue. This customer was going to leave and leave mad. Without making me wait any extra time these three guys, including the night guy who walked into this, found a way to not only help this customer but also get them into a better position than they were when they came in. And, they left that store just as happy as I was.”

I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account!
