He truly understood our concerns and went the extra mile to help us regain control of the phone. Not only did he successfully resolve the issue, but he also provided valuable suggestions and resources to prevent future incidents. The exceptional customer service we received at this store definitely deserves a five-star review.”

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and while I was waiting for my boyfriend to return from the car I fainted while I was with my son who has autism. The staff and bystanders were so amazing and wonderful to my son who was scared and not able to understand what was going on and to myself. I truly can't thank all of you enough for your kindness and compassion! I will forever be grateful!”

“I went into the Sharpsburg Metro store to get a new phone. I accidentally got the wrong phone (different model but very close). I went back a few times to see what could be done. I was pushed off a few times, but today they were perfect. I went in to switch the phone and the employee Lindsey Satterfield was there to help me. She was unsure of procedure so went out of her way to call the manager and resolve the issue for me instead of making me come back. She was able to get me the correct phone and do what she needed to to activate it properly. Took 15 minutes max for the swap. During that time Lindsey was very friendly and tried to help me make the time go by. I wish all my store interactions were so pleasant. Lindsey is definitely an asset to the store. Quite satisfied customer. I hope her higher ups read my review and give her props.”
