“I bought a beautiful Pekingese Shih Tzu mix. That is the cutest little dog I've ever had. He's only five months old now I've had him for a month and a half he does his business on his papers or outside. He sleeps all night. He never cries. His ears were clean. His eyes are cleaned no runny nose, no diarrhea. Nothing wrong with him at all. The vet said he was in wonderful condition and I would highly approve getting a puppy from Jack.”
“I'm really struggling to understand where any of these bad reviews are coming from. I have a major suspicion that they're competitors or just people suffering from entitlement that didn't have their butts kissed upon arrival. Every single time I come here to get my rabbit's nails clipped or to purchase food for my healthy tarantula (which I bought here with guidance), the staff have been so helpful and friendly. The entire store is always kept clean and the habitats for the animals is some of the best natural husbandry I've seen aside from Cuboid Nature (an aquarium store in PA). I drive the extra 15 minutes because I love the staff and the cleanliness and beauty of the enclosures.”
“My husband and I went into this store this morning looking for an impact driver. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted pleasantly by the cashier first, and then by the manager, Courtney. We didn't know that Courtney was the manager until we called the store later to let the manager know how terrific she is, and how wonderful she was to us. Courney showed us what we were looking for, found it in the locked supply case, and explained to us that we could get both the Makita and TCS in-store warranties for very little extra money. Also, the impact driver that we picked out just happened to be on sale, saving us $55.00! So we ended up getting an extra battery and the impact driver with 4-year warranties for both. Thank you Courtney! This TSC store knows what customer service is! I would recommend them any day.”

“This place has everything. Animal feed, plants, decor, tools, cages and any thing that you need to care for any animal or garden. If they don't have it, just ask and they will order for you. I have done that. They have savings club that is great and easy to join. Employees there are very friendly and help you even carry out your packages.All the flower for fall are out and blooming. Beautiful, colorful flowers.All Christmas decorations and ornaments are 50 percent off. Big sale on everything Christmas.”
“Good customer service and close for me. I don't necessarily like big stores such as this, but it appears as though most of their employees are animal lovers and they have a good variety to choose from. The prices are as expected but they could be lower”
“The owners of Bark Ave are knowledgeable and very friendly! We originally went in as one of our dogs coats had always been flaky and we couldn’t get ahead of it. Debbie recommended food changes and that felt like a good place to start. By the end of the first bag we saw a difference in her skin and as a bonus her eye mucus also cleared up. We now include raw in their diet and our dogs health and appearance is noticeable improved. Great store too!”

“Wonderful decision to adopt our puppy. The facility was clean and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable which enable the process to move forward smoothly. The puppy is fully vaccinated which was a huge benefit. The cost was very reasonable as was the food recommendations. “Very help full workers. I'm 80 yrs old. I ask for 50lbs premium bird seed. I ask if they could give it to me in 2 25lbs.easy for me to carry. They did it for me cuz they had no 50 lbs avaliable. “I seriously cannot thank Erica (the manager) and Pets Plus enough! I was having trouble with my newly adopted aggressive reactive Pit Bull mix. I had run out of hope and literally did not know where to turn. I had gone in for a muzzle and came out with that and so much more. I left with new found hope and reassurance that my dog will be okay once he receives the proper training and time. Thank you so much Erica! “We bought a greencheek conure, a lilac crowned amazon, an african gray, and two cockatiels from Fins and they have been the best and sweetest pets in health and temperament. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and they really care about their animals. We always buy all of our bird's food from Fins as well because they have their own blend that they use for their birds.”
