While it’s easy to get your registration done, the fees do add up. By they are worth it.
They should have some designated parking spots in the lot for retail customers. Parking is a challenge with all the repair shop vehicles.

Went in on a weekday early afternoon for an International Driver's License and was helped by an awesome employee, Desarae. Desarae got us set up with paperwork, photo and processing and we were in an out in less than a half hour. Clean facility with water and coffee too, if needed.
