Very polite and helpful but make sure you are a member to renew ID and/or Pa license because they charge a $29 fee if your not a member. So your renewal can be upwards to $80. The trade off is you'll be in and out in 20 mins tops. I paid the fee because all Penndot centers are a nightmare.
