The clothes are cute, but the one-size only, no fitting rooms, and no returns policy (exchanges only) knocks off a few stars. What a pain in the butt all around.

Store is kept pretty organized overall.
Unfortunately they have closed fitting rooms (even though they used to have them on the second floor).
Return policy is for store credit only. I think if you don’t have fitting rooms, you need to allow people to return for full refund.

just wanted to say that customer service improved a lot since the last few times i've been to this location! the cashier named arissa was super friendly while ringing me up :) the selection of clothes is also much better and diverse than it was just a couple months ago!
