Our visit to the Philly showroom was great! Bee was super kind and knowledgeable about the different cuts and features of a diamond. They showed us the different clarities and colors which was so helpful. We did like their nature inspired designs but in the end we wanted to go a more custom route with additional detailing.

The staffs were very friendly. They asked questions before i arrived there for my appointment so they could prepare themselves for my needs. They only take appointments. There is no walk-ins
