Free People offers a wonderful and great experience with a relaxing and inviting aroma in the store. The displays are super nice and the shop front window displays are amazing with fresh designs and textures. The atmosphere overall is very enjoyable and peaceful, making it a place to go for a little pick-me-up. Their scents are amazing and the spring collection is a must-see. The customer service is stellar, with staff that is always very polite and very helpful. They are welcoming and greet customers, offering tremendous help without aggressively trying to make a sale. Employees are willing to help, including offering to get sizes or order a size, and maintain a peaceful, polite composure even in difficult situations. This clothing line features gorgeous pieces and freeing clothing with amazing designs and textures. While it is not cheap, it is worth every penny. It is a highly recommended store where they are sure to have something that you would like, leading customers to definitely return.
Very friendly employees. My daughter left her bracelet in the changing room and when she figured out she left it she called them and they said yes it was found and it's at front counter.
