Mai is the absolute sweetest and made me a UO fan again after about five years of not shopping with them. She’s genuinely warm, efficient, and patient—I’m an airhead and was a bit of a disaster at the register while checking out and she handled me with such grace and humor.

Very nice space , unfortunately the guy at the register yesterday afternoon was so rude , he seems to have an aversion to people saying hello or thank you .. he just gives you dirty looks .. and this isn’t an exaggeration! Makes you not want to shop here ..

I can't believe they actually have one in Philadelphia. This place is so nice. Everything's all up-to-date. Fulley packed with plenty of clothing. Mine love this place. Thanks for letting me shop here on amazing Friday. Thanks customer service is amazing.
