“i loved this store until my third Purple mattress warranty claim in as many years. Suddenly no one could be bothered (except Sarah) Everything is done online with no 800 number. By third claim (at $200 per claim) I wanted to talk to a person in customer service.. The live chat service sucks.. The only way I was able to get action was by overnight letter to the CEO. After that everything fell into place but it was like pulling teeth. lots of excuses. "He's not in today." "She's not in today" "I have other things to do" Just a bunch of bullshit trom tenured employees. There is no excuse. I recommend this store all the time but have now edited from 5 stars to 2 and im being generous.

“This is by far the best furniture company in America where you can order high quality, luxury furniture from Europe. We had a ceramic dining table and chairs made in Italy delivered. Team of 4 showed up to install with white glove service. Product exactly as pictured and made flawless.So we ordered a desk but needed a custom size. No problem. They hired a special team to assemble the desk to ensure quality.The desk is flawless and just stunning.Steve has been most responsive and helpful in getting exactly what we wanted. They answered all of my question with no hesitation and the minute I ask figured out what I wanted they worked out my delivery to my convenience and when they deliver it they even removed my old sofa and took all of the wrapping with them.
