“It's really interesting to see the mixed reviews for the customer service here. I had a great experience - the woman who greeted me as I entered was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, another staff member told me they don't actually stock the item but looked it up at Target for me! The greeter then pointed out where I should go next as it was my first time in this giant shopping area, and I was on foot. Nice welcome to Philadelphia!”

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”

“Could use better customer service. Most of the time no one is available for help and when I managed to stop someone they seem to want to get rid of me. But there is one guy at customer service counter on my way out who always seems to make it seem like a friendly environment and great customer service and he helps me every time. Sorry to say I don't remember his name, but it's between the hrs of 9am-3pm. Older gentleman. Thank u for helping Everytime”

The parking lot is huge, so parking was convenient.
I already installed 2 of the 3 necessary sockets, leaving 1 spare.
