“I just had service installed, so it’s possible my feelings could change, but so far I am THRILLED. From the warm and genuine customer service on the phone, to the clear and responsive appointment setting, to the friendly and mellow techs that installed for us it’s been very refreshing considering the treatment one normally receives from the big corporate companies.My speed has been fast up/down thus far and they don’t sell data. Hard to see a downside if it’s in your parameters of speed and you’re in the service area.”

“I have always experienced great customer service. I wasn't a regular at this location. I only went for a specific reason when I was in the area. Yesterday, the staff every last one of them were thorough and helpful. I truly appreciate the fact that the staff went above and beyond so well and with such a positive demeanor. I would highly recommend this location. T-Mobile should pay these folks extremely well and/or give out bonuses to these folks! Seriously!!! They represent the company so well.”
“I had an amazing experience at the T-Mobile store on Island Avenue! Al, the manager, along with Richard and Lapre, went above and beyond to help us with our account, line transfer, and activation. They were fast, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process, the store was clean, organized and well stocked. Al made sure everything was handled smoothly, and his leadership was evident in how well the team worked together. Richard was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step to us. Lapre provided excellent customer service, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident with our new devices. The entire process was seamless, and we left the store completely satisfied. “Campus technologies provides my apartment with WiFi and recently I’ve been having issues with connecting now that more students are working online due to COVID. Chris has provided me with excellent customer service, constantly following up with me and exploring different solutions to solve my inability to connect due to a range issue. If you ever have to call campus technologies, make sure to ask for Chris!”

“Currently metro customer switching plans cause they Wi-Fi sucks even when you just pay your bill however called boost to switch and Carlos got me all straight and square even calmed my anxiety over metro by explaining my services costs of product and plans that I’ll be recording with boost!!! “Had a weird eSIM issue with my phone. Zeddie fixed it for me in 20 minutes. She was so patient & knowledgeable & friendly, I’m not sure if she’s the manager, but she ran a great team & store as well. I could tell they have a great team dynamic & run a smooth operation. Employees were proactively answering the phones, providing clear advice & direction to customers, restocking cases & protectors, and checking out others’ orders. By far the most enjoyable in-store experience I’ve ever had with any carrier. Very very happy with my experience here.”

“Just upgraded my phone here yesterday and the customer service I received was above and beyond anything I can imagine. Even with my ID expired just recently the worker here went out of her way to help me not just get my upgrade to a new phone she also helped me when I forgot my pin. I've been with T-Mobile for over 20 years since they were pcs-one. I will continue to go with T-Mobile in the years to come because they have the absolute best customer service I've had among carriers.”
