“I’m scared of closed spaces but Rita is a god sent she made me feel very comfortable and safe. She made me feel very calm so I was able to do the MRI, she is the first to get me threw an MRI. Brittany is so professional and knowledgeable and helpful she made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. Tiffany was very helpful as well. This crew is amazing.”
“I unfortunately had to come in and do the 3-hour glucose testing as I failed my previous 1 hour glucose pregancy test, so needless to say anxiety levels were at an all time high.
The technician that I had, Anesa, was with me during the whole duration. Anesa is an exceptional lab technician whose precision, professionalism, compassion and dedication are truly unmatched. She was consistently timely and accurate during each of the three 1 hour lab draws while maintaining the highest standards for safety and quality.
I especially need to give her praises as being a nurse practitioner myself, she is the embodiment of who I would strive to work with personally. Given that my testing took 3 hours, during that time frame I was also able to see her assisting other patients troubleshooting the check-in device, managing complex specimens, being a team player and constantly being respectful with both her coworkers and clients.
I came to 2 hours before my appointment and even given how busy the location was they were still able to accommodate me and take me in quickly. I have found my future testing site and plan on referring my own friends, family and patients!”

“I have used Quest at its Mt Airy location on three occasions. i have found setting an appointment one of easiest medical procedures to arrange of any I have sought. The facility was convenient and clean, the staff was courteous, accommodating competent and professional at all but the most recent appointment: personal gossip among the staff who were also physically present during my most recent procedure was invasive and uncomfortable. Future visits will determine if this was an unusual experience or an evolving practice. It will not deter me from using or recommending the facility, but I will relate the experience as a cautionary note.”

“Every single time I come here which is often, whether I make an appointment or walk in, the entire process is no more then 5 min. Staff is friendly, and you hardly feel the draw. I told my nurse in 4 today that they should Ali be sent to train the hospital nurses because I come home looking like a checkerboard full of bruises everytime. For routine blood work, I've been to many places, but my first choice is always the quest. And welsh. My dad has been coming here for like fifteen years as well. The staff is amazing.”
“I recently went to Quest Diagnostic and I had a great experience with getting my bloodwork done. The nurse was extremely skilled when drawing my blood, making the process very comfortable and smooth. The only part that was unbearable was the lack of AC in the building. The building was not in great shape for such a hot day in Philadelphia and I hope this issue is rectified immediately. Had I been sensitive to heat, I could have passed out in the waiting room. There were only running fans in the facility, which was the biggest downside to my visit. The staff deserves better work conditions!”

“I’ve had what feels like an absurd amount of blood work done over the last three years and this morning’s experience was my best yet. Steve is now my favorite phlebotomist and I’ll be sure to ask for him whenever I need to go again! I had three vials drawn and barely felt a thing. The transition between vials was smooth, he found my hard to find veins on his first try, and there was zero bruising after (I almost always bruise). He also had excellent bedside manner and that put me at ease.”
“Never really had a need to go to urgent care but I sliced my two fingers open so I had to go here to see about it instead of going to the emergency room sitting for hours I went here and was seen right away the girls that work there and the doctor oh they were the best it was so nice of a visit I would definitely recommend this urgent Care and once again girls I appreciate everything even though they was laughing at My pain ?❤️? the staff was great!! And I even got lollipops when I was done ?”
“It was very easy to make an appointment. The lady is on the second floor, you can take the stairs or elevator. Check-in on the computer was easy via scan code. I was not there five minutes before they called me back. The phlebotomy technician Jan found my veins quickly. I'm always a difficult stick. She was excellent. The staff there was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely go back again.”

“Always seamless in and out experience here - I've come here for pre-employment testing and my routine bloodwork. Usually I make an appointment and have to wait less than 5 minutes to be brought back. I had a large quantity of labs ordered for one visit and they worked hard to minimize needle pokes. This morning I walked in without an appointment right at opening and was seen immediately. Jeff was my phlebotomist and he was AMAZING. He was able to stick me in my AC which no one has been able to do in years because of my veins diving deep. It was over before I knew it. Very satisfied - Jeff deserves a raise!! The other benefit of this location is that if you have a ride waiting for you, there's a place for them to easily pull over in the roundabout during your quick appointment. I've never been there longer than 15 minutes start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“I have to say Allante, Bri and Sloan were rays of sunshine right up at the front desk. They were very welcoming and sweet and helped me check in to do a work lab work. They made my check in process very easy. I didn’t feel discomfort. They also distracted me while I was getting drawn. I am very happy about this location. If I could give 10 stars I would!”

“It was fine! Phlebotomist was great she did it quickly and easily. Customer service upfront is pretty bad you can tell the person hated every second of being there but hey whatever. They’ll get you in and out and get the job done. I tried walking in but there were a lot of people. Checked in on a kiosk and said over an hour wait so I selected the come back in an hour choice had an appointment slot for 11:30-12:00. Came back at 11:15 and they got me in around 11:35. Overall a fine experience.”
“My technician was excellent. I felt absolutely nothing when she drew my blood. And on this particular day she was handling all the patients by herself- a co- worker had called out.( I was nosy,I asked) She did a terrific job and she did it with professionalism and efficiency.”
