“Docks are NOT semi friendly. The staff is though, and they stop traffic and help guide you in. Not a good dock for beginner drivers. Once you get in you have to decouple and wait while they unload because the nose of your trailer is out in the street. Then they have to stop traffic again so you can recouple. Good luck if you're in a big sleeper with a full 53' trailer 😵”

“Superb staff. I had a 2015 MacBook Pro with an operating system issue, and was referred by Apple’s Walnut Street location as an authorized Apple repair shop. Steve and Michael were extremely helpful; within 20 minutes they had gotten my laptop working with a freshly-installed OS. Good to go. The staff here are extremely helpful & nice people, and I was even treated to a bit of history about the store. I will definitely come back here if I ever have any issues with my laptop!”
